Unpack and unwind in one of Sandbridge’s most charming beach homes. Coastal View VI offers the best in beach living. You'll love the water views and the beach access through the private gate. The home is beautifully decorated with six bedrooms, two primary suites (one with a jetted tub), and four full baths, plus a breezy and spacious layout. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make this your home-away-from-home during your stay. Wake up to serene sunrises before heading to the beach for some of the best shell-seeking this side of the Atlantic Ocean. After a day of sun, sand, and surf, relax on the sundeck for a late afternoon siesta, where you’ll see sunsets like no other. If you feel like dining out, tempt your palette with fresh, local seafood at one of the area’s restaurants, grilles, or pubs. Or you can enjoy dinner poolside and test your grill-master skills! Additional amenities include three Smart TVs, Blu-Ray, CD, and DVD players, surround sound, and high-speed WiFi.

The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Proceed with caution
Great location and the fact that all rooms were on the same floor was great. Spacious living area. Nice outdoor deck. But the furnishings were rundown, including pots and pans, grill wouldn't light, shower door broken. It advertised four Queen beds but these were all Full size beds.

Big comfy well loved beach house
We stayed for a few days over spring break. The pool was not open during this time of the year so we can't comment on that. This is a comfy beach house, has been loved over the years. Nothing in it is brand new and the "updates" i.e. laminate floors were not top quality. The one couch probably needs replaced as it sinks in a good bit. I share because sometimes that is important to people. It wasn't to us. We had a great time just relaxing. There is a ton of space, lots of chairs around a huge dining table, kitchen has lots of stuff and tons of plates and cups, nice comfortable sleeping rooms, TVs in every room, WiFi strong. The place was clean, kitchen and baths were nice. There are no views of the ocean from the house but the walk to the beach is a breeze. There is a path along the house, no need to take the roads. The deck outside is spacious enough and the pool area looks nice too. Also, lots of natural light in this house, fills with sunlight at sunrise and sunset. If you are not fussy you will enjoy this house.

A Very Wet Week
We booked Coastal View VI for a week in early March. It rained 5 out of 7 days, so our outdoor activities were limited. Fortunately, the spacious accomodations allowed our entire crew to hang out together without feeling too cramped. Our family group included 10 people there the entire time, with a handful of "drop-ins" throughout the week. It might be nice to be there when the weather is better, but we were not disappointed.

Coastal Overlook VI
The property and furnishings need some TLC. Loads of scuffs, dings and scratches on walls and furnishings. Coastal Overlook obviously has had some serious wear over the years with little or no attempt of updating. Pictures were hanging off the wall, window blinds in need of repair, leg of one couch was ready to collapse. Numerous bugs, flies, and spiders were killed during our stay with lots of spider and cobwebs on the outside as well. Shoes were found under one bed from a previous guest, so the unit was not throughly cleaned between renters. However, the updated washer and dryer was used continuously with 6 kiddos! That was a blessing! Thank you for that and we all had a great time at the pool and the beautiful!
