The hot tub and pool were very nice and clean. The main living room was very nice, loved that I could talk to everyone while cooking. We did have a couple of things break om us but they sent maintenance over right away and they fixed it pretty quickly.Loved that we could gave a dog with us!

Communication was excellent. The house fit our family perfectly - plenty of bedrooms, a great pool, and the beach was just around the corner. Loved it!

Open staircase is not safe for small children. The walls in several rooms were buckled from water damage. The floor tiles were broken in kitchen, and several places on main level, and in bedroom upstairs. The house could stand a good power washing as it is caked with mold and bugs. The night of the storm several windows and doors leaked. Overall the house could use a deep cleaning and water damage repairs.

Perfect Family Reunion for all ages!

Beach Dreams was an excellent choice for our group of 12 with room to spare. We were a very short walk to a beautiful beach with plenty of room to spread out even in the high season of July. The pool and hot tub were highlights as they were a great place to hang out for our varied age groups. The kitchen and entire home were well-stocked. Team Sojourn was very very responsive to our few questions, both via email and phone. The provided pool towels were a nice touch. We would highly recommend this property!

Personally, I had to wipe some areas inside because light switches door jams were pretty dirty. Outside very taken back by. I read reviews said it was being addressed in August as far as power washed. It is the worst beach house I’ve ever had when it comes to the outside, my family was disappointed and would not go out my husband and I cleaned around the hot tub so that we could at least use that (only my husband and I went in once). but this is cobwebs from months and months not something new!! lot of inside updating needs done. Lights kept flickering. Had to reset breakers several times. very spacious home could be a beautiful home if some updating was done and the outside was tended to. It’s very comfy space for a family gathering if you plan on staying inside the whole time which we did not, but we had to I rent beach homes quite often was very disappointed in how. Old things were in there for the price I paid and the fact we could not use the amenities that I paid extra for —not a single deck could be sat on Not even the closed porch. It was filthy and lots of cobwebs and bugs truly would be a beautiful place if they kept up with it —-now, they have given me back 100 because I could not use the amenities honestly do not feel that was a fair adjustment but at this point I’m just over the communication back-and-forth. I felt ignored when I told them about the dirtiness and was sent a message about GrubHub instead of responding to the filth.

The condition of the exterior, decks, porch, and hot tub area fell far short of our standards, and we understand your disappointment—especially after paying for amenities you could not comfortably use. The flickering lights and repeated breaker resets were also unacceptable. We regret that your concerns were not addressed appropriately when first reported, and that our communication made you feel ignored. We are reviewing this feedback with our cleaning, maintenance, and management teams so these issues receive proper attention. Thank you for acknowledging the home’s potential, and please accept our sincere apologies for the frustration your family experienced.
