Splash your days away at Down By The Sea, a truly special home by the beach where the entire, fully-fenced backyard is your own personal waterpark! Enjoy a private swimming pool, a lazy river, a splash pad, and a soothing hot tub for hours of at-home fun.

Step inside to find three levels of living space that are ideal for several families to share. Up on the third floor, the open kitchen and great room feature natural log tables with matching chairs, benches, and bar stools, creating the perfect spot for a memorable gathering. After dinner, there's a 55-inch TV in the living room and a game room with foosball and air hockey to keep everyone entertained.

Spend your days swimming in the pool or soaking up the sun on the surrounding deck, where there's plenty of space to relax poolside, dine al fresco, or play a game of cards. The beach access path is close by as well.

Additional amenities include TVs in seven of the nine bedrooms, Blu-ray/DVD players, free WiFi, a gas grill, basketball, tetherball, horseshoes, a children's climbing structure, and a firepit to curl up next to in the evenings.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Bring your own basketball.
The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 9 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
