Short walk to the beach Dog friendly too! Docking for boaters!

Welcome to our cozy cottage, canal property. Gorgeous marsh view from the front porch. Fenced in yard for the pups. Dock your boat outback and be just three minutes from the intercoastal waterway and 10 minutes to the inlet to the ocean. Two Kayaks at the house for your enjoyment. Beach lovers we are the ninth house down the block from the beach access so just a short walk. Swordfish Drive also takes a turn and parallels to the ICW. A great place to walk the puppies. Just beautiful at night. (pet fee required) We have added an OUTDOOR SHOWER for the new season!

Upstairs living area with 55 inch smart HD TV. Downstairs living area has sitting room, (no steps to enter the ground level) table and chairs for cards, games, puzzles etc. 50" TV, DVR, VCR and t DVDs available. Free high speed internet.

An upgraded two zone central heating and air system with dehumidifier. Both master bedrooms have king-size mattresses. Third bedroom is equipped with queen size bed. Downstairs family room has a full size convertible couch. Also a chair that converts into a twin size bed.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and stocked with dishes, pots pans, stockpot, gadgets and bakeware. Lots of small appliances like toaster, blender, coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, crockpot etc. With just a short walk to the beach and the canal out back, the fun and activities are endless. Enjoy boating, swimming, kayaking( we have a kayak launch), fishing, rafting and crabbing right out your back door. The yard is fenced in with his own shade tree and deck over hanging the water. Plenty of outdoor furniture and a gas grill in the backyard. There’s also room to dock your boat. Off street parking for 6 vehicles plus trailer in the front.

This property is available year round. Off-season nightly rates available.

Wonderful stay

My husband and I had the best time on our vacation at your property. The location was perfect and just a short walk to the beach. You guys had so many amenities on hand, the home was clean, the backyard was beautiful, and we enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the evenings it was so peaceful. Our stay was probably one of the best experiences we have had while at Holden Beach. This property had everything! It was a vacation within a vacation including bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, sand toys, a dock to fish off, walking distance to the beach and much, much, more! We will definitely be back!

Family weekend stay

We were very happy about the home with access to the waterway, fenced in backyard, child toys, and very clean. The house manager and owner were incredibly nice and helpful as we prepared for the trip. They had everything you needed in the house for toddlers to enjoy!

Great stay

Great stay with our small family and one other couple, along with our 2 doodles. The fenced in yard was great for the dogs. Kitchen was great and fully stocked with equipment needs. Hot water, cold AC. We all had a great time!!

Perfect Location, amazing views.

House had front porch for watching the marsh and having morning coffee. Lovely view of the canal from rear porch. Great fenced in yard for our dogs. Kitchen well equipped and the bed was the most comfortable I have ever had in a rental property, also better than bed at home. Great spot highly recommend.

We feel that this property has a unique location offering so many nice places to walk your puppies. Also a nice quiet road to ride bikes with the little ones. The view of the marsh from the front porch with your morning coffee is my favorite way to start the day!
