A pool safety gate can be installed upon request to ensure added peace of mind.

Please note the following Pool and Spa policy:
Pool & Spa usage is monitored throughout your stay, and guests should contact the host to have the equipment turned on or off remotely.
*Pool Heating:
- The pool can be heated upon request once every three days. Additional pool heating is available for $100 per time, if requested.
- Winter Use: Heating the pool takes at least 6 hours in cooler months. Advance notice is required to ensure it’s ready in time.
- Summer Use: In warmer months, the pool is typically kept at a comfortable temperature by out solar panel system. You are welcome to enjoy it freely without special scheduling.
*Spa Heating: The spa can be heated once daily for up to 3 hours. Please reach out to the host in advance to schedule heating times.
• If you're traveling with young children, a removable pool safety fence is available upon request. Adult supervision is required at all times when children are near the pool or spa.
• While we strive to ensure the pool and spa are in perfect working order, we are unable to provide refunds for occasional heating delays or malfunctions. That said, we’ll do everything we can to address any issues quickly.
