Just minutes from the lake and slopes, you arrive at this two‑house Pocono retreat and feel your mountain days begin effortlessly. With space for 20+ guests, the side‑by‑side homes give everyone room to spread out, unwind, and slip into vacation mode together while still having plenty of personal space. Each house features a main‑floor ensuite with a comfortable king bed — perfect for guests who prefer fewer stairs — and 4 bathrooms in each house makes mornings and evenings flow smoothly for the whole group. It’s a place guests return to year after year, drawn back by how instantly at home it feels.

From here, your days fall into an easy rhythm: coffee on the decks as the woods wake up, afternoons soaking in the hot tubs or exploring nearby trails, and evenings gathered around the fireplaces or challenging each other in the game rooms. Inside, the vibe stays relaxed and welcoming — cozy hangout spots, open living areas for big shared meals, and quiet corners for anyone catching up on work.

🛶 BOULDER LAKE CLUB AMENITIES:
• Private beach with lounge chairs for sunbathing
• Restaurant on the lake w/outdoor seating & live music
• Heated pool with a separate kiddie pool for the little ones
• Sport courts to play tennis, volleyball, basketball, badminton, corn hole, bocce ball, ping pong
• Water toys, canoes, kayaks, pedal boats, row boats, electric motor boats, paddle boards, a sail boat and a Pontoon boat are available for rent at an additional fee (please see Boulder Lake Club website for pricing). Reservations are recommended for boat rentals.
• Fishing is permitted at Boulder Lake Club from personal or rental boats only. Boulder Lake is a Catch and Release lake. Common fish are large and small mouth bass, striped bass, rock bass, blue gill sunfish, lake trout, yellow perch catfish and black crappie. Fishing license required for anyone 16 and older and is to be displayed on hat or outer garment.
• The Lake Club and activities are open, weather permitting, from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day, and then weekends only through mid-September. Lake Club is closed for the season after September 15th.

🏠🏠 GUEST ACCESS
Self-check-in is available using a unique key code assigned exclusively for your stay. Your reservation includes two spacious side-by-side homes, each offering 3,000 sq. ft. of space. Each home has its own front door and entrance — they are not connected inside. To move between the homes, you’ll simply step outside and use the front or back doors. You’ll have full access to both homes, with the exception of a few locked areas for owner supplies

📝 OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• No Extra Fees: There are no additional amenity, cleaning, linen, or surprise fees beyond what appears in your original booking total.
• Booking Requirement: A signed Rental Agreement is required within 24 hours of booking. After your reservation is accepted, you’ll receive a link to complete the agreement. It will request the full names and dates of birth of all guests, along with a copy of the booking guest’s government‑issued ID. Kindly note: Your credit card will reflect two separate charges—one from VRBO for their service fee, and another from "Our Humble Homes" for the remaining reservation amount.
• Adult‑Only Bookings (Guys/Girls Weekends): The booking guest must be 25+ with no negative past reviews. All guests must be 25+ or traveling with parents. We are unable to host Prom, Graduation, or Senior Weekend groups.
• Water Usage: During high‑occupancy stays (20+ guests), the hot water supply may temporarily run low. Showers may need to be staggered to allow the system time to replenish.
• Safety & Security: The homes include smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. For security, exterior cameras and noise‑monitoring devices are on site. These monitor exterior activity and interior decibel levels only and do not record conversations.
• Mobility Considerations: Entry to the home requires climbing approximately four stairs. The main‑level master suite includes a king bed, stall shower, and jetted tub.
• Lake Club Access: Please note that the provided complimentary passes are for our guests' use during their stay and that there will be no refunds or compensation, of any kind, if any amenities are unavailable or if the lake club is closed for any reason.
• Property Notes: VRBO description is incorrect, our homes are not lakefront.

• Our homes are in the woods and there will be animals & insects, such as but not limited to deer, bear, squirrels, rodents, spiders, ants, and lady bugs
• We are contracted with a pest control company with scheduled treatments; however, we cannot guarantee that insects will not be in or around our homes

• Communal Pool & Lake Club Access is from Memorial Day through Labor Day and then weekends through mid-September
• Lake Club & Swimming Pool is closed for the season after mid-September, every year
• Tennis Courts are located in the middle of our community and also at the lake club in the summer-time
