Climate Control:
For heating and cooling, there are mini-split heat and AC units in the main and lower-level living areas to keep common spaces comfortable year-round. In addition, ductless split AC units are installed in the living rooms on both the bottom floor and the main level. All bedrooms on the main level and upstairs have window AC units, while the bottom-floor bedroom does not require one since it’s underground and naturally stays cool.

Pet-Friendly:
We welcome well-behaved dogs!
A flat fee of $150 applies, with a maximum of three dogs allowed per stay. Guests must provide the breed and age of each dog at the time of booking. Please note that we do not allow puppies or pets that are not fully house-trained. Dogs must not be left unattended inside the home at any time, and all droppings must be picked up from the outdoor areas. No other types of pets are permitted. If you would like to bring more than three dogs, prior approval from the host is required and may be subject to an additional fee.
