Welcome to The Lofts in Downtown Clarksville, Hosted by Byers & Harvey! Our stylish condos are perfect for travelers looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay. Take a walk to Shelby Trio and sightsee on their rooftop bar. Enjoy our spacious living area with a full kitchen and comfortable sleeping accommodations. Enjoy high-speed internet for working remote or stream your favorite shows. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or a long-term stay, we have everything you'll need for a memorable experience!

This fully-furnished 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit is located on the first floor for easy access (no stairs). We offer a sofa pullout for additional sleeping, so we can accommodate small-medium sized groups up to 6 guests. The kitchen offers a full-size stove/oven, overhead microwave and full-size refrigerator/freezer. The main living & dining area provides plenty of space to enjoy a meal, relax on the couch, and stream your favorite shows! The bathroom is stocked with hotel-like amenities and emergency toiletries in case you forgot anything at home as well!

Guest Access:
Our home comes equipped with an electronic lock, so no need to worry about losing keys. You will receive your custom door code within 48 hours of your stay. We have a property manager in the area in case of emergencies.

Home away from Home

This spot proved super solid for us. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, both mattresses were comfortable, we loved having the dog lot for walking our pup, and parking was an ease. It was a wonderful place to land. Host was very responsive and hospitable when we needed to add an additional night onto our trip last minute. We'd stay again for sure.

Can't beat the price or location!

This lovely condo was perfect for our trip to Tennessee. Our oldest grandchild graduated from high school in May (now on to University of Tennessee!), and we were just a few blocks from Austin Peay, where the ceremony took place. Lots to see and this unit is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and trails.

True to description and enjoyed the stay

The description matched the property and surroundings. We stayed for 2 nights and it worked out perfectly for us. The condo was clean and accommodating. Perfect access to parking lot and dog area. We were able to walk into town and enjoy a concert in the park. There were many restaurants and bars to explore. Would stay again.

It was a cute apartment. Everything was clean and decorated well and also well stocked. They even had toothbrushes,q tips and dental floss. It was way better then staying in a hotel.

Beautiful, clean and thoughtful !

I’ve stayed at quite a few Vrbo rentals but I have to say that this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. Beautiful inside, plenty of blankets and pillows and decorated wonderfully. Has 2 bedrooms although I only used one. Bathroom / shower was stocked with needed items, plenty of towels, wash cloths etc. Has a washer and dryer with soap and dryer sheets provided which was a plus, I didn’t see that in the ad (it could’ve been there I just look for that in rentals ). Nice fridge and stove with all cooking utensils provided and a dishwasher. Very quiet and I hardly ever saw anyone. Plenty of available parking and neighborhood was nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend if you’re needing a place that’s cheaper than a hotel but so much better !! Thank you for the experience :)
