The home was great very relaxing. My family enjoyed the 10 days here. We were close to so many places. The small problems we had were taken care of by the host as soon as possible. She was polite and respectful.

Great location. Less than 20 minutes from USA Campus, Downtown Mobile and Belligrath Gardens. Very comfortable, clean and well appointed home.

Excellent all around, great house, great hosts. Quiet neighborhood close to all main highways. Easy drive to USA campus and any stores and restaurants you need. House is furnished with everything you need and more with comfortable beds even for senior citizens. Highly recommend.

House was great. Had a great time in town for a golf trip. Got back each evening, and had pretty intense ping pong tourneys...lol Would recommend to everyone.Thanks!

Great stay

The house was clean and the beds were super comfortable. We had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The host was very communicative when needed. Also, freeway close! Would definitely stay here again.

Great House & Great Hosts

We had no trouble finding the house - it looks just like the posting! Michelle & Aulston sent the check in procedures well in advance. There is some noise from the highway, but you mostly hear it when outside (sirens were an exception).The master bedroom was very comfy (can’t say about the other bedrooms, except that they looked really nice.)If we get to book it again, I’d love to come when it’s a little cooler so we can take advantage of the gazebo.Even though it’s not super close to Dauphin Island, it’s an easy drive to get there, and it’s not too far from downtown Mobile.

I was a good house, but need some thing fixed. Refrigerator keep coming open by itself.. need cornors sweep out from cob webs. Needed the grass cut and limbs picked up. But over all it was a good house. Ownwer was easy to work with, when we wanted to add some day to our stay.

Our family of four spent three nights here to get away and explore Mobile. The house is very comfortable with bonus spots like the play area under the house or the large patio out back. We found this location very convenient to drive to downtown Mobile and to Dauphin Island. It's quiet and peaceful, yet Walmart and restaurants can be found just a couple of miles down. Communication with owners was great as well. Highly recommend!

The house is located close to any shopping you may need. The check in process was easy, the home was clean, the beds were comfy, my son enjoyed the games downstairs. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The host was in constant contact with us to make sure everything was good for us and answer any questions we had. I would book this place again.

Clean property and really beautiful area. The dock isn't usable, but the views were still great. It's close to lots of places but feels secluded.I took off a star because the neighbor was alarming. My mother accidentally missed the driveway arriving after dark because the house number isn't visible from the road, and the mailbox was missing numbers. He cursed out my 70-year-old father and 17-year-old daughter when they got out of the car to try to find the house number. My 7-year-old saw the whole thing as well. It really upset and frightened everyone. He was screaming and swearing at a soft-spoken elderly man and teen girl who looks about 12 and doesn't even weigh 100 lbs. Absolutely unhinged and uncalled for.We still had a nice time during our stay on the host's property, but I can't earnestly give it 5 stars after that. My parents wouldn't even go beyond the deck because they were anxious about him.I know his behavior isn't the host's fault, but I'd want to know something like that was possible before booking so I would know to entirely reroute if I missed the entrance, which is easy to do at night or in rain because the mailbox doesn't have the numbers on it, something the host could control. I'd be willing to stay again, even with that experience. But seriously, if you miss the entrance or don't 100% know you're in the right driveway, just loop all the way around. There isn't an easy spot to turn around, and risking being at the wrong house isn't worth it.

Unique sanctuary

This was such a unique place.. it fit perfect for my family. Had all of our needs in place. Not too many rules to follow Simple, Beautiful and stress free. The area under the house was so cool. It almost felt like staying in a tree house.

Wonderful stay for our small family of 5 with children. This spacious vacation home truly does have a "Treehouse" vibe. We enjoyed relaxing on the big decks, fishing in the river out back and bird watching while there. Very clean!! and the beds were so comfortable. The owners were so nice and communicative. Highly recommend.

RECOMMEND

We stayed for Easter and it was perfect for the kids and egg hunting and the fishing was pretty great. Its peaceful with beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
