We had a beautiful view, although the huge employee parking lot below us was very busy with meetings, honking, and clapping that started early mornings. The hair blow dryer was missing and the phone didn't work but those were not missed too much. The unit itself was very nice and spacious.

Memorial Day Weekend

The property was nice. There was a lot of activities for the kids to do. We were in town for a baseball tournament so we didn’t get to take advantage of everything, but we enjoyed the pools, putt-putt and water park. Our room was nice. My only disappointment was that I felt a little misled. Based on the listing, I was expecting a balcony. The owner also told me to call early the day of check in to ask for a great view on a top floor. He said he owns a room in the 6000 building so he expected we would get a good view in either 6000 or 7000. I called as instructed and was told that my room doesn’t come with a balcony, but they would put in my request anyway. When I checked in, I got a room on the bottom floor in 3000 facing the parking lot. I suppose we didn’t have much time to enjoy the views from a top floor and/or balcony anyway, but I was looking forward to drinking coffee in the mornings and enjoying those views. The only other thing that could have been better was the parking around the 3000 building. One night I had to park up past the pool because everything was full. Having said all of that, this was a really nice place. There are grills available to cook on. Also, there are nice fire pit areas to enjoy. We had a great time here,

Family relaxing getaway

We just enjoyed the property mostly i think in a week we left twice bu if you stay enjoy the spa and the water park. We will be back in 6 month or maybe Christmas.

Felt a Little Catfished Buyer Beware

Property is located at the Westgate between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We had stayed here before through the hotel and wanted a weekend getaway. The room we had had before was near identical to the pictures shown so I was pretty condfident in booking; however, after checking in and getting to our room we were given a much lower quality room although it was clean. We did not have any Mountain View’s at all but did have a great view of the parking lot. Messaged the host and they were quick to respond that we could ask for another room if available but may have checked in too late. We checked in an hour after checkin started. Our son didn’t want to swap rooms since we had already unpacked the car so we stayed. I won’t book this again and will choose to book just through the hotel. I felt robbed all weekend.

You will be assigned a concierge to help you manage your visit. It will likely be: Chris Farmer (865)-242-2955 or someone covering for him. He sold us our unit and is our concierge

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Beautiful Mountain Vista views, Prime Location near Gatlinburg, TN with an On-Site Water Park, near to Huge Fresh Water Aquarium, Dollywood Theme Park, with lots for the family to do (MiniGolf, Go Karts, Ripley's Museum, Breakout rooms, etc) and excellent Restaurants 5 miles away. Besides Great Mountain Vistas to view there are outdoor activities like hiking, swimming, golfing, skiing and skating in winter time and great shopping with very comfortable rooms to relax in the evenings. You will have private parking at your villa and elevator to your luxury suite. You will also have (4) passes to the on site indoor Water Park.
