Welcome to this enchanting vacation rental, a single-story, 2-bedroom cabin nestled in quiet seclusion on a serene road. This idyllic escape offers the perfect mix of homely comfort and outdoor adventure. The large yard greets you on arrival, offering ample space for dogs to play, making this dog-friendly retreat a complete family getaway. Inside, the ambiance is warmed by a seasonal wood-burning fireplace, setting a rustic and cozy atmosphere for relaxing evenings. Designed with families in mind, the cabin includes a kids' nook with an arcade to entertain younger guests. Outside, the adventure continues with a spacious entertainment area. Enjoy soaking in the hot tub under the stars or gather around the fire pit for memorable nights. The cabin's layout emphasizes convenience with its single-level design and comfortable bedrooms, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Awaken to nature's call, ready to explore the day's possibilities.

For a taste of city life and bustling attractions, Gatlinburg is 25 miles away, while the excitement of Dollywood Park is a mere 14.2 miles away.

Despite its secluded location for tranquility, the cabin's proximity to these attractions allows for an easy blend of relaxation and adventure. Step into a world where nature's peace and home comforts unite, making our secluded cabin the perfect setting for a serene and adventurous vacation.

Sleeping Arrangements: 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds

**Dog Fee: $75 per dog plus tax, up to a maximum of 3 dogs.**

*You must be 25 years of age*

Please note: The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We only supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.

**To finalize your booking with Red Door Getaways, you must sign a Rental Agreement and provide a state or federal photo ID. We will send you a link to our "Boarding Pass" guest portal via text message, where you can securely upload your ID and a matching selfie. Once these are completed, you will receive access to the property guidebook. Your reservation is confirmed only after we receive the signed agreement and valid ID.**

Lost horse was perfect for us no stairs and a big yard for the dog. The weather wasn't great, but it was a lot better than where we're from in New Hampshire. Would love to come back again when douglas lake was full of water , and there were leaves on the trees.

Loved this cabin, would definitely stay again. Secluded enough, you can see one house from the property but it’s far enough around the corner to have privacy. Some additional amenities would have been nice such as a sponge for dishes (no dishwasher) and a few laundry detergent pods to use for the week as well as hand soap for the kitchen. Other than those few minor things it was a great peaceful and clean location. The fire pit and hot tub were great as well as all the outdoor furniture, very new looking and sturdy.

Perfect cabin for rest and relaxation - in complete privacy!Great space for a dog to run and play, and 30 minutes from stores and other busy things. Cabin is super clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the fire pit area and hot tub. Absolutely enjoyed my stay here and will return in the future!

Great Cabin for family and dog

Really beautiful space! We loved the bedrooms and our dog adored all the fenced in space. I had coffee on the front porch every morning and the living room was perfect for movie nights.

Amazing!

The property was perfect for our family! Very clean and well maintained. One of the few properties that are all one level, perfect for our little guy who uses a wheelchair! It is far enough from town to get that secluded feel, but not far enough you cant make a quick trip to town.

This is by far, the best house Ive ever rented! It is a little out there from everything, but totally worth it! Comfortable inside and out. Has everything you need. Allows you to fully enjoy your stay. I could sit on the porch for hours! The drive to it is windey and beautiful. And we even got visited twice by a Mama bear and her 3 cubs. Best trip ever!

Quite and private

The cabin was wonderful. Beds were comfortable, fire wood was provided and there was a bag of charcoal for the grill. The hot tub was clean but some of the jets were clogged up from the minerals in the well water but still very nice and relaxing. We are already planning our to stay again.

Home away from home

The cabin felt comfortable and the location was perfect. It was wonderful when checking in, the cabin was warm and welcoming with the lit christmas tree. Being a dog friendly cabin was definitely a bonus. Thank you!

Family vacation!

We booked the Lost Horse cabin for the week of our family vacation and we loved it! Its spacious, clean, quiet and adorable! The check in/check out process was incredibly easy and the host was very polite and involved. The location is great and not to far from anything plus we even saw a bear!! We highly recommend this cabin!

Paradise among the Smoky Mountains

It was wonderful and very family oriented. Our fur baby had a wonderful time hanging out in the large yard. The cabin was clean and well equipped with all the essentials. It made the stay seamless and enjoyable for all members of the family regardless of age. It was secluded but I highly recommend it if you want some quiet time away from the hustle and bustle city life. A home away from home. Thank you Red Door Getaways!

Beautiful Cabin

Very very clean, kitchen has everything you need, we stayed the week of Thanksgiving . Cabin feels secluded but a short drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, we were always informed by host via text and emails, pet friendly, large yard, beds were comfy, game room arcade “Pac-Man” hubby and son love it, hot tub, no one was bored our family absolutely loved and enjoyed Lost Horse!!…Thank you!

Loved the property. Only problem was the location. It is out in the country, but 2 lane roads, no lighting at night. Very difficult to get back after dark. Better have GPS!

Smoky Mountain Seclusion

We had a wonderful time in the Smoky Mountains. The Cabin is secluded and way from all the hustle and bustle. It’s very dog friendly and has a fence around the whole property with a gate you can close. We didn’t have to worry about letting our 2 Labs go out to roam, they really enjoyed the space and playing fetch in the huge yard.
