Located inside the exceptional Ice House Lodge Condominiums in downtown Telluride, this remarkable one-bedroom home is the perfect place for your Rocky Mountain getaway. Although you’ll be able to hear the rushing river from your balcony and enjoy the peace and quiet of this stunning location, you’ll still never be more than a few short steps away from the gondola and all of the excitement in town. It’s quite simply the ideal location for your next Colorado escape.

In the LIVING AREA, two plush sofas provide plenty of space for lounging and relaxing while watching a great movie or your favorite TV show on the large HDTV. One sofa even pulls out to provide a comfy, flexible queen-size sleeping space. Sunny windows allow tons of natural light to flow inside, and the chic modern artwork adds style to the space. Nearby, there’s a DINING TABLE with seating for four.

The KITCHEN is compact but fully equipped to handle everything— from preparing a stack of blueberry pancakes in the morning before hitting the ski trails to mixing up some cocktails and aprĂ©s ski snacks at the end of the day. The natural wood tone cabinets and premier stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher, are designed with complete convenience in mind.

This condominium features one completely private BEDROOM SUITE, that includes a sumptuous king-size bed. There are also some custom built-in wardrobe storage areas, another large HDTV, and a small work desk. In the ENSUITE BATHROOM, there’s a spacious, glass-enclosed shower with a bench and a marble vanity with a bowl sink. This home also includes another half bathroom that’s accessible from the hallway.

Guests of Ice House Lodge Condominiums also enjoy a host of other perks too— like an indoor/outdoor POOL, HOT TUB, STEAM ROOM, and SKI ROOM. The flawless central location means that you’re never more than a few short steps away from the gondola, as well as the dining and entertainment downtown.

Skiing in Telluride

Great place, 100 steps to the gondola. Underground parking, space was spacious and had everything we needed. Paper towels, bathroom supplies, cozy blankets, humidifiers, a ground floor locker for skis and tons of restaurants 1 or 2 blocks away. Will

Perfect Telluride Escape

Exceptionally clean and spacious one bedroom condo Location ideal for dining, shopping and access to hiking trails. We will definitely plan on utilizing this space for annual mountain escape.

Incredibly clean, impeccably decorated condo 2 blocks off Colorado Ave (Main Street). Super comfy bed, free laundry facilities downstairs and a hot tub/steam room/pool downstairs too (perfect after hiking). We walked everywhere in town. Loved this condo so much! Would definitely return.

Perfect location!

The unit is very clean, has a full kitchen, and super comfy bed! It is within a block of the gondola, two blocks from Colorado Avenue (main street), and two blocks of the walking trail along the creek. Wonderful!!

Loved the place. Exactly as listed in the unit. Very clean, great communication and check in and check out were a breeze. Also, I’m not sure you could have a better location for access to the gondola or anything in town. Super convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Cute and convenient

Great location close to everything— 2 blocks to the gondola and 2 blocks in another direction to the main drag (Colorado Ave) with all the cute shops and restaurants. Condo was well appointed with a comfortable bed and nice pillows. We appreciated the convenience of having a kitchen, too. The cherry on top was that there wasn’t an extensive cleaning list for checkout, unlike other places we’ve rented. We were very happy with this rental and would definitely come back.

Perfect Place to Stay in Telluride

Very clean and nice. Bed is outstanding and the shower is nice and big. It was the perfect place to stay in Telluride. You're only 1 block from the Mountain Village gondola and several blocks from all the shops, stores, and restaurants in Telluride. We didn't have to drive once while there.

The BEST time in Telluride, CO!!

We had the best time in Telluride. Staying at the Ice house was the perfect choice!! Check-in and communication with the host was exceptional. Our condo room was amazing and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud!!! We will be back. Thank you for hosting us and making our stay so memorable!!
