Gorgeous and unique Villa 19 has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and is within two blocks of Coral Estate 3 fine restaurants, beach, dive shop with dive boat and public pool. The layout is very playful with high ceilings and uniquely designed round private pool. What sets this villa apart is privacy as well as proximity to the resort and it's amenities. No need to drive to the resort and walk up and down the staircases from the upper levels of Coral Estate.There is a partial ocean view from the second floor dining area and a recently completed (Mar 2023) high end outdoor kitchen and grill area.

All living spaces, living room, kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas with partial ocean view, are located upstairs. Air conditioned bedrooms including the ensuite master are on the lower level with a covered walk out to your pool, pool deck and shaded lounge area. The outdoor kitchen / bbq area is complete and operational. If features a high end BBQ grill, side burners, beverage refrigerator, sink and storage area. There is bar seating for six on the custom bar counter with beautiful modern teak seating. The area has outdoor lighting and is connected to the wireless network.

The property is just a short two block walk to three fine restaurants (Karakter, Koraal, Bread and More), spa and wellness center, on premise dive shop with kayak and paddleboard rentals, Koraal bar, community pool and beach. Both the beach and the pool feature table service.

The resort has 24/7 security, bakery, and even a spa, too, for those seeking a relaxing massage. Luxury, space and nature all on the Caribbean sea!

The house is absolutely beautiful and the grounds are gorgeous ..... something different every where you looked. The resort area is stunning.Spent most of our time in the pool and on the patio.

A Really Great Place!

This was our second visit to Curaçao and our second stay in Coral Estates, but our first at Villa 19. It was close to the beach, restaurants, and dive shop, only a short walk away. The pool was lovely, and the newly renovated pool deck was great. The only issue we had was getting the lights on in the palapa/outdoor kitchen, but that didn’t deter us from grilling some great fish! Bret was available and responsive throughout the booking and our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot recommend this location highly enough.

Spacious island oasis

This is a lovely, expansive property. The pool and large deck around it is perfect for lounging any time of day. Inside and outside dining tables and a Tiki Bar with gas grill make entertaining or just chilling with your group fun and easy. Close to nature, listening to the birdsong in the morning while having your breakfast is very relaxing. Part of the Coral Estates resort, 3 restaurants and a beach are there for you on days you don’t feel like driving. Gated security gives you confidence to walk about any time day or night.

Perfect place for diving at Coral Estate

We walked to the dive shop every day since it was only 5 houses away. Very nice setting. The pool was great as was the outdoor living area. The house was well equipped and we didn’t need anything for the week that we were there. Brett was very good at communicating and sending detailed info ahead of our trip. I would recommend this house without reservation.

Magnificent Curacao home

The house was even better live and in person! It was perfectly minimalistic. It had everything you need and was super close to restaurants and the resort. We are a family of 5 and the pool and layout was excellent for us. The owner and his property manager were very responsive and helpful with anything we needed during our stay. The island is incredible and the house made the overall experience lovely. We highly recommend this property and we hope to come back soon! Jeorge and Family

Sunshine break

We visited in November 23 and loved the layout of the villa and the thought that had gone into providing everything you need for a home from home stay. The pool was beautifully warm and there were so many places to sit outside. The outdoor kitchen was a wow too. We appreciated the air on in the bedrooms and found everything comfortable. The only addition we would make is mosquito nets round the beds as we were bitten quite badly despite using repellent. It didn’t stop us having a great holiday and we would certainly visit again.

Family vacation June 2023

Our family of 4 (all adults) stayed in Villa 19 for one week. The property is just as pictured in a safe, gated community. Check-in was easy, and everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. The new outdoor grilling area is beautiful, and everything was clean. There is a washer and dryer on the property, but we did not use it. Very easy walk to the beach, dive shop and restaurants within Coral Estates. Only a 30 minute drive to Willemstad, or 30 minutes in the opposite direction to the northern beaches for snorkeling.

Just ok

House was nice outdoor kitchen really nice. One of the bed room door handles kept falling off not a big deal but what was a big deal was the bugs ants everywhere and in the evening you could not sit in living room for the mosquitoes. Highly recommend some type of pest control for this property. Paver surfaces need some attention trip hazards leading up to front door and could not get through either gate unless you lifted up the gate some so that it could clear pavers.

Beautiful Villa

Our stay was over the 2022/2023 New Year. We enjoyed the location of the villa to the amenities of the resort community. We began our day with walking around the area. A safe and lovely community with beautiful singing birds, flora and fauna! The home is well appointed with everything we needed for a week stay. The pool area is tranquil and well situated on the property. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals in. We also ate at the nearby restaurants Karaal and Karakter, an easy 2 min walk from the house. We enjoyed the beach area at Karakter. Great food and beach service. We dove and snorkelled from that location which was also awesome! Thank you Bret and Jessica for hosting us at your lovely villa! Kelly & Ryan

Beautiful Home

The home is located about 30 min from Willemstad. We had no problems finding it using Maps and Me. Home is located in Coral Estates which is a private enclave with security. There are several local restaurants and a pool along with the ocean steps away. Very convenient. The home is as described but be aware it’s a tropical area with bugs that come in through the wooden slats. Air conditioning is in the bedrooms only. The home is immaculate with all amenities and the management team was very responsive to any all inquiries. I would’ve loved to have air conditioning in the kitchen and especially the living room.

Stayed for 10 days during the holidays. Beautiful Villa a true paradise. Very spacious inside and several outdoor living spaces. We loved the indoor / outdoor living vibe and couldn't decide where we wanted to sit at times. It was comical. It had everything we needed and then some. Breathtaking back yard and pool area. Private with no neighbors on 3 sides was really nice. The Tiki bar and BBQ are perfect for relaxing after day at the beach. All amenities in the Tiki bar were modern and clean. The pictures do not do it justice. Easy check in with lock box. Centrally located on the island to several beautiful beaches literally minutes away. Convince stores and a smaller grocery store was nice just to pop into. Attentive host. Felt very safe in the gated community. It was my 4th time to Curacao and this Villa greatly superseded any accommodations thus far for similar price point. If I have to pick out a negative point I would have to say I'd get new bedding for the beds. We liked a warmer blanket and those offered were older. Everything thing else was top notch furniture, appliance wise etc. I'll repeat the pictures do not do it justice. A real dream property far enough away from the cruise ship tourists. Would return.

I've been renting vacation properties since 1999 starting with my rental cottage SeaDreams on the island of Eleuthera in the Bahamas. In 2022 we decided to sell the property in the Bahamas and purchase Villa 19 in Curacao. I'm an avid diver and golfer, and have been visiting Curacao since the early 90's. My wife is a diver and avid reader. She is also a fluent Spanish speaker. I'm the author of the Curacao Beach Book, the only book to guide visitors to all 60 of the island's beaches. I've also written several other books and travel guides for other islands.
