It was a very good experience. The place was very clean, loads of room in the apartment and comfortable beds and showers. The ocean is right in front of the door and it's easy to walk into Clearwater to all of the restaurants and bars.Loved having towels, boogyboards and chairs right there to use every day.Every single person at the front desk was lovely and very helpful.Will definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

Second year stay here and love the site and accommodations. Condo clean and neat. Staff very helpful. The only thing was the couches in the living room are on their last leg / useful life and probably needs replacing. Plan on continuing our journey to Clearwater Beach and the Avalon next year.

The Avalon is a great place to stay when visiting Clearwater. A short walk to stores and restaurants. They have beach chairs and umbrellas included for daily use. A free coffee bar 24/7. The building is clean and staff is very friendly.

Property location was great easy beach access, as the description states this is not a traditional VRBO in the sense of it being a home with all the personal items in the kitchen. If you plan to cook meals you will need to bring everything required like spices and condiment's. There are pots, pans and utensils as wells as plates and silverware. Our group of six enjoyed our stay! Parking was excellent.

We loved this location! Clean, friendly, and convenient. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella all available to take with you to the beach. Pier about 15 min walk from hotel.
