New Charmin Condo Hotel Suite on the Beach

Our 1-bedroom, 1-1/2 bath condo hotel suite can accommodate 5 people but also, is perfect for a cozy get away. It features a King bed, with a full bathroom in the master bedroom, a den area with a sofa bed and can accommodate an additional 2 people on the pull-out sofa bed located in the living room. The balcony for this suite faces the street with a small glimpse of the beach. The fully equipped kitchen features full sized appliances, pots, pans, dishware, and utensils. To assist in clean up, it even has a full-size dishwasher and washer and dryer in case you need to do some laundry. Our guests also have exclusive access to our heated pool and bar located on the fifth floor, coffee lounge on the 2nd floor, as well as our gym, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels as part of the resort fee of $35/night + tax included in your VRBO payment. Should you need additional soaps, towels or other items, or just need to know where to go for a good meal, our Reception Desk is staffed 24/7 for your convenience. This brand-new building is just a short 10-minute walk from Pier 60. Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) a fee of $42.80/ day will apply. A daily pet fee of $85 + tax payable at check-in if you will have your dog. Qualified ADA service dogs are exempt from the Pet fee. We will authorize the balance due, plus parking or pet fees (if applicable) and a $200 incidental hold upon check-in. Cancellation Policy: If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund. We know that things happen. Flight cancellations, changes in plans, and illness (including COVID) within the cancellation period will not be grounds for a full refund. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment.

If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund.

Gem of a Place

The Avalon Club is perfectly located near the beach and the downtown area. This place is spotless and the staff was super helpful and friendly. Check-in was easy and our room was exactly as expected. The balcony is a huge plus for us, we love sitting out in the evenings. Perfect place to relax and get away!

Great location

The Avalon Club is located within walking distance to restaurants and bars but in a quieter location with direct access to the beach. The apartment is very spacious with a great deck to view the water and town. No need to bring beach chairs or towels as Avalon provides them free of charge. Pool is very warm and convent located next to the bar. Would stay again and again.

Amazing spring break

My family stayed here for four nights and it was a great stay. We’d definitely stay again. My kids loved the roof top pool and it was warm enough to swim even on chillier days. The beach is steps away and restaurants and the pier within short walking distance. The hotel is very clean and smelled amazing. They provide you with beach chairs and umbrellas which was a big plus. When we needed something the staff were always very helpful. We had a great time!

April Break

We loved our visit at the Avalon. The space was clean and really well maintained. The staff is friendly and attentive, and checked in with us daily via text. There was a severe tornado warning while we were there and the front desk was calm and handled everything while making us feel safe and informed. For parents with kids the space at Avalon is ideal, beach access and use of toys and chairs perfect. We will definitely be back!

Good apartment building in Clearwater

The apartment is nice and well kept, pull out beds are good for kids but not for teens/adults, the mattress is really thin. There are not many services provided by the property and the beach chairs/umbrella need fix or replacement. Overall is a good place if you need an apartment on the beach without any additional service expected. Stuff is mostly friendly.

Nice Room and Hotel - Too Close To Elevator

Really nice room and I can only say positive things about it. The hotel itself also is very nice. My main issue is our room was right accross from the elevator. It was a constant parade, day and night, of people talking and kids running around. It was kind of overwhelming to be honest. If you can get a room far away from the elevator, you are better off. Otherwise, great place to stay.

The Perfect Place to Stay!

We booked this hotel/condo pretty last minute as there was not much available on Clearwater beach - let me say I am so pleased we did. We are a small family, 2 adults 1 child (7). The Avalon was exceptionally clean. The master bedroom had a very comfortable mattress. I stayed at a very expensive resort a few days prior to here and the beds didn’t even compare. The location was steps to the beach and they supplied chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and beach towels so I had to bring nothing. The walk to restaurants, shops and Pier 60 was enjoyable and we really liked being on the quieter side of the beach yet walkable to the busier areas. To top off all my delight they had covered secure parking for our vehicle and there was a public park across the street with a playground for my son to play at. I would stay here again! Thanks!

Amazing experience

This was our first time at the Avalon club and my husband and I were pleasantly surprised with how seamless our experience was. We had a very late check in and were traveling with our 2 year old and the staff even put our groceries away for us in the fridge that we had ordered. When we got there it took minutes to be up in our room with our fully stocked kitchen and we didn’t even miss a beat, thanks to the staff! This place is the best of both worlds, condo and hotel. They stock the coffee, provide fresh towels whenever you need them, provide laundry and dishwasher detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper! We love having a full kitchen, living room, and bedrooms and this place was super clean and very modern which we love. The couches were pull out so it did make for those not being the comfiest but truly we were mostly at the beach and pool every day so it didn’t matter much. I highly recommend this place and will absolutely return. We come back to Clearwater often and have told our family about it as well!

Vacance d'été à ClearWater

Tres beau condo et bien situé. Endroit très calme. Il faut marcher aprox 5 minutes pour etre la ou les restos sont! ( ca aide a digerer au retour ) Les chaises de plages et parasol sont fournis on a adorer a 100% . Le condo est tres beau et tres propre. et de tres bonne qualité.
