The unit was very clean, comfortable and in a great location close to restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The amenities- including access to the pool, bar, as well as the beach chairs and umbrellas- were really perfect additions. Would stay again!

Excellent and clean property. Smooth check-in and parking. Walking distance to shops, restaurants. We spent time at thePool and bar two days. Both timesWe were the only party there. Bartender was great! We were very pleased we chose this property. Resort fees and parking not included with payment. We were aware, we read thru the contractMy only ask is to have storage installed in master bahroom for toiletries. It was a struggle. - this didnt make us have any regrets! Great getaway!

Very clean and comfortable! Our host check in was very gracious and made us feel they would do anything for us to have a great stay... and they did. We did not have a beach view from our rooms but we were on the same floor that had the pool and lounge which was outside and we could look at the beach, ocean and sunset from there.

Our stay was uneventful, and the host was responsive. The property/building was clean, and the front desk personnel were friendly. The room, or “condo,” itself was unremarkable. It was a little dingy and in need of some updates, particularly the paint, furnishings, and showers. It was, however, clean and tidy. It felt more like a hotel room than a condo.The rooftop pool had zero shade and no umbrellas, so it was difficult to enjoy for long in the Florida sun. The beach was close, but it was still a pretty good walk when carrying beach gear and traveling with a child. There were a couple of restaurants nearby as well. Overall, it’s a decent spot for a short stay.

glad you enjoyed the location. the condo itself and pool show exactly as the ad photos, apologies if you were expecting it to be different when you arrived! From the pictures of the pool deck you can tell it is on the smaller side without room for many loungers or umbrellas, apologies for any trouble that caused you. North clearwater beach is a longer sand walk down to the water, we try to show that in the aerial photos for our guests to see. glad we along with the staff were helpful, good luck with your future rentals!
