LIVING AREA
Relax on a large sectional in the living area. In the evening, settle in to enjoy favorite shows on the 50 smart TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
Whip up tasty meals in the kitchen, equipped with wooden countertops, a double basin sink, and a full suite of appliances.
Gather for mealtime at the two-person kitchen table. There is additional seating for two between a desk and a separate table.
BED & BATH
This two-story home sleeps up to five guests in two suites.
Find comfort in the master suite, complete with a plush queen bed, 32 smart TV, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The guest suite is outfitted with a twin-over-full bunk bed, while the en-suite guest bathroom comes with a tub/shower combination.
A half bath is located off the living area.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Kick back in the two armchairs and start the day with fresh coffee on the front porch.
In the evening, sizzle steaks and veggies on the gas grill, then dine alfresco at the outdoor table for two on the side deck.
EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS
Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer.
Parking is available for two cars in the driveway.

A wide range of outdoor activities can be found nearby. Or head 3.5 miles to discover a plethora of hip dining, shopping, and entertainment options along the Haywood Corridor. Browse galleries, museums, and boutiques in the River Arts District. Or continue into the heart of downtown Asheville for more culture and cuisine.
For a historical outing, visit the opulent Biltmore Estate (6.5 miles).
Visit the WNC Nature Center, a zoo showcasing the flora and fauna of the Southern Appalachian region, with more than 60 animal species (10 miles).
Find gorgeous views and outdoor adventure at Chimney Rock State Park and Lake Lure (29 miles).
In the winter, hit the slopes at Wolf Ridge Ski Resort (34 miles) or Cataloochee Ski Area (37 miles).

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours.
