Scenic lake house with private covered dual-slip and two covered lake-view decks

Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and bountiful wildlife at this lakefront house from the two covered decks. The private covered boat dock features two slips, a water slide and a sunning deck. Living spaces on each level allow for a variety of entertainment option. Upstairs features an open floor plan with a fully furnished kitchen, living room and dining table for 8. For your convenience there are charging stations in the small end tables and the top of the coffee table can be lifted to use as an additional table. Downstairs is a second living area with a refrigerator, air fryer/toaster oven and a Keurig. Enjoy the lake with swimming from the dock (No Diving) or use the kayaks and paddle boards provided for your use. Enjoy a cookout on the gas grill with outdoor dining on the lower patio. The upper level deck has a porch swing and 2 bar height seats with bistro table, excellent for beverages and snacks. In the evening sit around one of the two fire pits, one wood burning and the other propane, and roast marshmallows or just enjoy some beverages while you watch the beautiful sunsets (fire wood not provided) Recent updates include repairs to the dock in December2022 also both boat lifts repaired or replaced December 2023. Stairs from the house to the dock replaced in September 2023.
