THINGS TO KNOW
The living room sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space.
The window across from the sleeping loft is free of window coverings, so this space receives natural morning light.
For use of amenities, guests are required to pre-register and pay a resort fee. The resort fee from May 15 to September 15 is $45 per person per week or $25 per person for 3 days or less. The resort fee from September 16 - May 14 is $30 per person per week or $20 per person for 3 days or less. Guests opting to use the amenities must pay ahead of time via PayPay and will receive a key FOB for access. Guests must return the key FOB to the check-in office or guests will be charged for replacement. There is also a limited day pass option: Daily passes are $10 per person per day and will be available on a limited basis (M-F excluding holidays starting at 9:00 a.m.). No key FOBs are available for daily use. All guests must abide by all community rules, including signing in and out of the Clubhouse.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
