KITCHEN & DINING
Completely updated kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and a 2-person bar.
When itâs time to dine, enjoy meals at the four-person table.
BED & BATH
This condo sleeps nine guests between a queen-size sleeper sofa and three bedrooms, each of which has a flat-screen TV.
The primary bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that has a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom provides a queen size bed while the third bedroom has a twin over full bed. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower configuration
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Start your mornings with coffee on the balcony.

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer.
Assigned parking is available for two cars in the parking lot.

THE LOCATION
When you are not at the beach, walk to a variety of shops and dining nearby. The Ocean City Tennis Center is just down the street and the boardwalk is only a 10-minute drive away.
For additional entertainment, visit Jolly Roger Amusement Park or schedule a deep-sea fishing trip.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
