A cozy fireplace, large screen TV, and a living/dining area offer a beautiful entertaining space for you and your guests. The kitchen has state of the art appliances and is well stocked with new dishes and cookware. The adjacent laundry room also has a new washer and dryer for washing wet ski clothes. There is a patio area with private hot tub for relaxation after a great day on the slopes or exploring the Uintah mountains.

This 3 bedroom luxury condo in the Black Rock condo neighborhood offers a King master bedroom with beautifully appointed ensuite bath, fresh 5 Star white linens and new Sealy mattress.

There are two additional Queen suites with new Sealy mattresses and an adjacent large bath, which is equipped with an oversize tub and shower. The condo offers sleeping for 6 guests. There is one parking spot available for guests of this condo and guest parking in the overflow area.

Black Rock Ridge offers ease of access for walking, hiking and biking on nearby trails adjacent to the project. Abundant wildlife can be seen in the area, which offers serene beauty. With the brand new Overlook Restaurant and the separate On the Rocks full bar walking distance from the property at the fashionable Black Rock Hotel, as well as the Pastry and Coffee cafe just a few walking blocks away.
Positioned out of the hustle and bustle, but just a 7 minute drive from historic downtown Park City and three world class ski resorts. Across the way through the new traffic light, guests can also venture over to the Park City Creamery for cheese and tastings. In future months a grocery store and gas station will also be available on the corner of the Black Rock Ridge neighborhood.

Good location - great value!

We had a nice visit- the property is very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was modern and convenient.

Great rental outside Park City

This was a great place for us to spend Christmas holiday break and enjoy some of winter outside of park city. The location was quiet and the neighborhood safe

Nice condo, 15 min from Deer Valley

Scott was a very kind and communicative host. The home was comfortable for 3 couples and it felt like a good deal for the proximity to Park City and Deer Valley.

Ski Condo

Property was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The snow right now is incredible in Park City-probably a record snowfall. We were skiing in powder up to our knees. Almost every night it would snow 8-20 inches! The resorts will stay open an extra 2 weeks in April so hurry and make your reservations.

Fine other than checkout

Stay was good. Hot tub was nice. Checkout time was earlier than other properties and owner would not be flexible on time even though cleaning crew did not show up right away and we were asked to help with laundry. Otherwise it was fine.

Beautiful Condo in Ski Country

The property was clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed and grocery stores are within easy distance for food. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. We did run out of hot water rather quickly after 1 person showered. The alarm system was new to us but the owner helped us with it in a patient manner. It looks perfect for people who want to ski in the area. We were there in the summer. It looks to be set up for skiers. We did not use the hot tub but bet it would be great after a day on the slopes. We were quite pleased overall. Very comfortable.

Just the spot

This property is just perfect. 5 minutes from park city ski area and the down town. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen and a great hot tub. There is a decent restaurant 1 min away in the black rock development you can get take out from or go sit and dine in. Make reservations on weekends..
