WELCOME TO PARADISE! This is a non-Smoking Unit Inside and Out

Come stay with us in our 3 Bedroom/2 Bath condo (sleeps 8) at the ever-popular Ledges Complex on the 20mm in Osage Beach.
Sit and Enjoy our New Over-sized sectional while warming to our COZY ELECTRIC Fireplace!
This unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen and cooking utensils. Sit on our over-sized deck where you can watch the boats, swimmers on the beach and/or overlook the pool! You’ve got it all!
The master has a King bed with attached full bath, TV/Roku. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, TV/Roku. The third bedroom has bunk beds with a Trundle (Full on Bottom / Twin on top / Twin on side (Trundle - that pulls out- Sleeps 4 total), TV/Roku and both share the hall bath. All linens and bedding is included. TVs are in the living room and all 3 bedrooms. Full size washer and dryer are convenient for those extended stays. We make packing light. We provide: Bath towels, wash cloths, 10 garbage bags, dish soap, bath soap, 2 paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom.
The Ledges complex offers 2 pools. One at the point on the main channel and the second pool next to this building. The sand beach and water access are just steps away.

We do have a 10 x 30 boat slip available ($25/day)

The Ledges is located in the heart of Osage all it has to offer. Water craft and rentals are very near at the Surdyke Marina where you can or launch your point and leave your trailer for a fee. Just around the corner.

The Ledges does allow trailer parking during offseason (Check with Host)

There are many restaurants from casual to fine dining. Several waterfront withing minutes. Fast food. Convenience stores. Fun shopping boutiques and shopping mall is ALL within minutes.

*List of complex rules provided after booking. Guest responsible for any fines issued to them due to their negligence
*Excessive mess after departure could result in additional cleaning fees.

*Quiet hours: 11pm-7am
*Pools open Memorial weekend and close after Labor Day weekend
*Cancellation policy stands regardless of illness or weather. Travel insurance is recommended.

Super clean condo

Cleanest condo I have stayed at in awhile. I have allergies to dust mites so cleanliness of condo can make a huge difference to me. Its the little things like furnace filter and ceiling fan blades that get missed a lot during the cleaning process. Very happy with our stay here.

Great Place On Lake of the Ozarks

This property was everything it was said to be. We were able to spend 2 great days on the lake and were lucky enough to have beautiful weather in late Sept!! The location on the lake is very nice and the boat slip very nice also!! All questions were answered promptly when asked. I suggest Premier 54 Marine to launch your boat its in the same cove as the ledges condos. Thanks so much for the stay!

Much needed vaca.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and was the best equipped rental we have ever stayed in. There was plenty of things to do close for all ages in our party. The only downside was the daily internet issues that we had. We weren't in our room much so the internet was just a light inconvenience. Would definately recommend!
