Monthly only and family atmosphere.... means peace and quiet and very affordable!
You will fall in love with this view and you will easily be able to enjoy this 3BR, 3 Bath condo overlooking beautiful Daytona Beach Shores. The entire front view and balcony overlooks the "no drive" portion of South Daytona Beach Shores. And the back balcony offers a sunset view of the river. This family-friendly complex offers a wide variety of amenities such as covered parking, tennis, pickleball, pool (heated during early fall and late spring), grills, workout facility, library, and sauna.
This unit, on the 6th floor of the 10-story Blue Surf condominium, allows the sunrise to greet you each morning. It has an open floor plan with incredible ocean views and private balcony access from the main room (living/dining/kitchen) and master bedroom. It is peaceful, relaxing, and it is a wonderful place to make memories with your whole family.
The condo is freshly updated with new carpeting in the bedrooms and LVP throughout the main areas. It has been nicely painted throughout and It is fully furnished with TVs in each bedroom and and a large one in the den. It has a full kitchen that comes complete with all the appliances and gadgets you use at home. No need to over-pack because it conveniently has a washer and dryer within the unit as well. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella and a cooler are at your disposal to tote down to the peaceful and relaxing beach.
Sunglow Pier and Crabby Joes are a short walking distance, or you could chose to drive a few minutes further to a variety of local restaurants, hot spots and hang-outs. Shopping is close as well with Walmart, Publix, Walgreens, Starbucks, beach shops and Tanger outlets! Downtown Daytona is just down the strip and the racetrack is within miles as well. Not to mention, Orlando entertainment spots are within an hour's drive. You can't beat this location...and did we mention the view, view, view!
Who is the Blue Surf community and who owns/rents here? A large number are full-time residents. It's a second/vacation home for many as well. It's also the perfect property for "snowbirds" that want long-term stays of 2-4 months at a time!
Blue Surf IS NOT a weekly or bi-weekly vacation rental property! Because of the family atmosphere, you won't need to worry about residents being loud and renters getting out of control to interfere with your family-friendly vacation!

A family-owned property where owners have stayed in the Blue Surf for multiple generations. A family-friendly atmosphere that is based on monthly only rentals, not weekly vacationers/partiers. The no-drive beach is great for families with children. Many guests return year after year.
