This unit was so wonderful and the host Maria was very helpful. The building mgr was great! The residents were all so nice and we hope to rebook soon!

Paradise on the 6th Floor

We have been coming to Daytona Beach Shores for years and this is the BEST place we have ever stayed. Spectacular sunsets over the Halifax River are not to be missed. The condo was beautiful and so clean. Maria, the owner was a gem to communicate with. We had to contact her for minor things that she needed to be aware of but there was no issues at all on our part. Everyone we met that lived there was very nice and Susie who works in the office is out of this world!! Couldn’t ask for someone better. We’ve already booked for next year!!!!

GOOD/Bad/Ugly

The good definitely outweighs the bad. Host is easy to communicate and get along with. We like children, but we also enjoy that it's been almost like an adult's only condo each time we've rented. We have found that almost all the owners or other renters are very friendly. Sue, who is in charge of maintenance is one of the nicest people you'd ever want to meet. She goes out of her way to make you feel welcome.One bad thing was the roof was being worked on during our entire stay through no fault of Maria, but the ramp to the beach was unavailable for the third year in a row, and my wife was devastated as she is disabled and loves the beach. We weren't notified. I have no idea what they pay housekeeping, but I can't remember more filthy floors. We had to scrub the floors of our showers from walking in our bare feet in the condo. Trust me it wasn't from the beach. It wasn't from sand.

Outstanding Condo!!!!

This is our 2nd year in a row staying in this condo and we’ve already booked again for next year. That right there speaks volumes. The condo is well stocked with just about anything you would need and the fact that they have a ton of velvet hangers was a dream for this girl. The sunsets are gorgeous and the residents are amazing and treated us like one of their own. Maria the owner is so sweet and is extremely easy to get in contact with. She’s fabulous at responding ASAP. AND, my review wouldn’t be complete without mentioning Susan who runs the Condo office, she is the BEST. She keeps the lobby, outside entrance and pool are so clean. And if you need anything, she’s is a wealth of help and information. She also has a get together every Thursday afternoon for residents and renters and it’s so fun to get to know each other better. Can’t say enough good things about this place as I could go on and on. If you’re on the fence.. just book it, you won’t regret it!!!!

My husband and I purchased this unit in the summer of 2022. We are the first owners and are excited to share it with you! We live in the Boston area and plan to travel to the unit a few times a year.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We love this area of Florida: beautiful beaches and lots of activities. Daytona Beach Shores is south of Dayton Beach - so it is a much quieter location....but close enough to enjoy Daytona as well! It is a small building - just 26 units across 7 floors.
