This updated 5 bedroom, 3 FULL bath home sleeps 11 and has just the right blend of amenities to make your stay a memorable one. Just a short walk to the peaceful Delaware Bay Beach with its spectacular sunsets. Spend time with family soaking up the sun, playing beach games and kayaking during the day and then come home afterwards to enjoy time in the enclosed yard with outdoor bar and fire pit. The house features large bedrooms, master suite, eat-in kitchen and open living area with game room that includes a poker table, SKEEBALL machine, electronic dartboard and plenty of board games. Private backyard with ping pong, corn hole and washer toss available for you to enjoy. Beach chairs/umbrellas also available for use. Close to local wineries, breweries, zoo and the Cape May Ferry. Short drive to all the hustle and bustle in either Cape May or Wildwood beaches and boardwalks. Come enjoy this quiet beach town retreat!
Note: There are exterior Ring cameras for security purposes. Front door camera will be active during rentals.

Lindsay and Jim's house is one of the best stocked houses I've ever stayed in. They have thought of everything that beachgoers need and even included extras. The games were a big hit. The house was clean, well-appointed, and family-friendly. Lindsay and Jim were responsive to questions and helped make my vacation super enjoyable. I totally recommend!!!

We loved our stay! It was great for multiple families. We were in Wildwood for a Dance competition. The layout of the house was great to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the downtime. Communication was fast and efficient, check in and out was a breeze! We hope to stay again! The calm beach at the end of the street was great the outside area was wonderful. The house was clean on arrival , All accommodations were excellent

Excellent choice for our family vacation this year. The property was beautiful, and the rooms are laid out nicely; the house is fully stocked with games and a nice game room. We were able to have a "kids room" with the bunk beds and twin beds. Kids (ages 7, 10, and 15) were very comfortable together, and the adults had their own rooms. Loved that there was a washer and dryer, especially for the bathing suits and towels after a beach or bay day. Location is perfect. Close to the bay and Villas restaurants and only a short drive to Harpoons on the Bay (our favorite restaurant with amazing sunset views) and Cape May beaches. The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt safe. The smart lock on the front door was nice so we did not have to worry about a key. While we aren't a rowdy bunch, when the family gets together, there is a lot of laughter and storytelling. We had to keep in mind that there are elderly residential neighbors who live there full-time, and we wanted to be respectful of their peace. Overall, it was a 10/10 stay with quick, responsive communication with the owners.

Great time!

We had a great time in Cape May for our girls dance competition! The house was perfect for our 3 families with bedrooms for the adults and a bunk room for the kids. A short walk to the beach where we could enjoy the sunsets.

Amazing place that felt like home.

The house was very clean and exactly how the pictures looked. Great backyard for games and BBQ. Beach was excellent and our family had a great time. We'll be coming back for sure!

Great little getaway!

From start to finish, Lindsey is very helpful and communicative. Their home is tastefully decorated and updated, giving you and your family a great home away from home. Our entire family enjoyed it, as it offers something for everyone. The walk to the beach is not bad, we did it twice everyday to also see those sunsets. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had an amazing time at this beach house! Communication with the host was so easy, Lindsay responded promptly with any questions I had. She reached out to me about a week prior to our vacation with some reminders and how to check in our first day. When I had some questions during our stay, she responded quickly, which I appreciated!The house was clean when we arrived and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. Loved how the house was decorated and the cute outdoor patio and bar area. The garage had some extra beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, etc, which was great. The house is 2 blocks from the bay beach, very easy to walk to. It was nice to walk to the beach for daytime swimming and play for my kids, then again in the evening to watch the sunsets. Make sure to go to Fish and Fancy for great seafood, Local Tavern was great and Rino's Pizza - all within a 5 minute drive. We also went into Cape May several times to visit the beach there and the shops, it's a quick 15 minute drive into Cape May and I loved being able to drive back to the house in Villas for some quiet.My kids and their cousins are already asking when we can return! They were so excited to have a kids bedroom to all sleep together in! We loved it here!

Great home close to the bay

The house was really nice, clean, with all the space and amenities we needed. The outdoor space was nice for hanging out and grilling. It was just a 5 minute walk down to the bay and about 15-20 minutes to cape may or wildwood. The garage was stocked with everything you’d need for the beach (kayaks/beach chairs/shovels/games, etc). Would recommend a stay here!

Family Vacation

Great! Plenty of room for everyone. Close to everything we wanted to do. Walk to the bay for beautiful sunsets, fishing and kayaking. We brought our kayaks but used the bikes. Great fun! Fire pit and indoor and outdoor games! All around great time!

Relaxing

We had a relaxing time staying here. Was able to walk to the beach and see beautiful sunsets. All the beach gear was for use in the garage. The bikes provided were nice to ride around in the quiet neighborhood. The games were very entertaining for the grandkids. House was clean and very well kept. Beds comfortable. All in all a great experience

Great Home! 6/25 -7/2

Lindsay and Jim were right there with any question we had. Great location... we love the Bay side, Quite and Quaint! Walked the Bay many times picking up our cape May Diamond's and then had a nice glass of wine while watching the Sunset. Fire pit was used every night along with all the games!!! Great house to get the family together. Not more than 30 min from all you would like to see! Thank you we will be back! The Podolak's and Sirignano's

Fantastique

Superbe maison où on se sent rapidement chez soi. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour grâce à toutes les commodités sur place et surtout le bar extérieur et la douche! Deux semaines de rêve avec du soleil a profusion. Merci de nous partager votre maison!

The house was immaculate and nicely furnished. It was bright and cheerful and had every appliance and household items we needed. The house is located a short distance (2-3 short blocks) from the bay where one can view the sunset daily.

Wonderful family vacation home

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and all kitchen and beach necessities are provided for. The backyard deck and patio offered such a nice additional space for us to relax and enjoy the outdoors while still being at the house. Lindsay was super responsive to all of our questions and was very helpful with tips and suggestions for our trip. Would definitely recommend staying here!
