Welcome to this breathtaking modern luxury home, a custom-built masterpiece located on the serene waters of Lake Ida in Delray Beach. Designed for those who appreciate cutting-edge style and unrivaled comfort, this home boasts expansive glass walls that flood the interior with natural light while offering spectacular water views.
The open-concept layout features high-end finishes throughout, from the gourmet chefâs kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, to the elegant living spaces that seamlessly blend with the outdoor areas. Enjoy the ultimate waterfront experience with a private dock, heated pool, outdoor kitchen, and ample space for entertaining.
The home is designed with families in mind, offering four beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a luxurious primary suite, and a kids-friendly atmosphere with books, toys, and beach gear. Automated blackout blinds in each bedroom ensure restful nights, and the club room with wet bar provides the perfect space to unwind. The media room is ideal for family movie nights, while indoor/outdoor speakers enhance the atmosphere throughout the property.
The home includes a Level 2 electric vehicle charging station in the garage and access to the dock for paddleboarding and kayaking (please note, there is no boat slip). This oasis is located just moments from the vibrant attractions of Delray Beach, where world-class dining, shopping, and nightlife await.

- Guests must be at least 35 years old to book.
- Parties or gatherings are not allowed, and quiet hours begin at 9 PM.
- For stays longer than a week, a mid-stay cleaning is required at the guest's cost. Cleaning can be scheduled upon request.
- Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

We have stayed at Airbnbs all over - riding camels through the Sahara in Morocco, jumping through fire at a full moon party in Koh Phi Phi in Thailand, and visiting castles in Germany.
We met amazing people along the way and after using Airbnb in cities all over the world, we noticed that it was sometimes stressful for owners to get to the rental in time for check in, to provide supplies like paper towels and soap, and to generally keep in touch because of their own busy work schedules and personal lives. This experience led to the idea of starting our company. We understand that people today are busier than ever, and greatly value their own free time. Our goal is to give property owners peace of mind, while providing excellent service for their guests.
Our amazing team are determined to provide the the best experience possible for travelers!
