Fun getaway

Great place to stay with family and friends. Lots of room and things to do. The pool table got it's use with four teenage boys along with the pool!!

Absolutely beautiful home

This is a beautiful home and the only thing not represented properly is how awesome the back yard is. The pictures do not do the place justice. If you have the luxury to stay here, I know you will find it absolutely perfect in every way. If this home is available, do not hesitate, book it before someone else does.

The property is very spacious with a great kitchen and eating area. The bedrooms are all very big and accommodating for all of our guests. The location 1 mile to the beach makes getting to the beach very easy. Finally Gary was very attentive to any issue we had and solved our issues very quickly. A great place.

Pretty disappointing for a house of that size and cost. The dishwasher barely worked and there were almost no dish towels or some basic pots and pans for a house of that size. The dryer also did not work which is insane for a house again of that size and one where you certainly need dry towels. Two of the toilets also stopped working. I think the maintenance guy came out three times while we were there for three nights and not all the problems were solved.

Thank you for the detailed feedback. We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience—especially in a home of this size where expectations are understandably high. A few clarifications and what we’ve done since your stay: • Appliances: The dishwasher and dryer both failed unexpectedly during your visit. Our team scheduled multiple same-day service calls to troubleshoot, but some repairs required parts and a specialist. Since then, the dryer has been replaced and the dishwasher has been fully serviced and tested. • Kitchen & linens: We maintain a standard inventory for large homes, including dish towels and core pots/pans. After your note, we did a full stock audit and increased counts of dish towels and cookware so they’re better aligned with the home’s capacity. • Plumbing: Two toilets intermittently stopped working due to a blockage beyond the fixtures themselves. We had maintenance attend promptly during your stay, and we’ve now had a licensed plumber complete a full line clean-out and replace hardware to prevent recurrence. While some of these issues were outside our control in the moment, we take responsibility for the guest experience. Our team made multiple visits during your three-night stay to minimize disruption, and we’ve implemented post-stay upgrades and new pre-arrival checks so future guests won’t encounter the same problems.

Local GetAway

Several family members and two friends joined us for a local getaway. We were looking for a place we could relax, hang out at the pool, cook good meals, and have space for all. This property was an excellent choice. The common living areas were very nice and comfortable. The kitchen was AMAZING - my favorite part of the house. The pool and jacuzzi area are very ample and well-maintained. The bedrooms were nice especially the master bedroom and one main bedroom on the first floor. The bathrooms are very nice especially the master with a spa bath. I recommend this place for anyone looking for an upscale experience with comfort. We had a challenge to get the key to unlock the front door upon arrival but the communication with the property managers was very good and they had their maintenance person in the area to come and assist us immediately. We give this place 5 stars

Overall - Decent Property

The property was as advertised and it provided us with ample space for our group. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and we would rent it again. There are four items I would mention.1. This is out of the owner's control - the waterway behind the house is not clean and therefore I did not take the opportunity to use the kayaks. Others may find the water okay for use.2. Within owner's control - the house smelled musky upon entry. Either airing out the house more often or using some type of air scent.3. The water mix in the main shower in the primary bedroom is not set correctly. The water was too hot to use that shower regardless of how the handle is adjusted. I did not notify the owner of this issue as our stay was not going to be long. This is something the cleaning people should have caught when doing their cleaning.4. The washing machine was not working so I could not wash the pool towels but there were enough towels for everyone.

Absolutely Do Not Recommend – Unsafe, Disgusting, and Completely MisrepresentedWe rented this property for a once-in-a-lifetime event—our daughter’s wedding—and the experience was an absolute disaster. What was meant to be a joyous, memorable weekend quickly turned into a stressful nightmare due to the property's horrible condition, broken amenities, and total lack of accountability from the property owner and management.From the moment we arrived, we were met with serious issues:The refrigerator didn’t work (only the freezer did), and we had just purchased food for multiple guests.The pool and hot tub were filthy, filled with debris and leaves, and neither got warm—not even slightly. The hot tub was completely non-functional We sent multiple photos of the pool and hot tub water, which looked murky and unsanitary, directly to the property manager and received no resolution.Broken pool furniture was scattered around, making the outdoor space unusable and unsafe.The problems continued inside:The washing machine was filled with standing, brown, foul-smelling water and would not drain or function at all.No linens or towels were provided anywhere in the house upon arrival. This is absolutely inexcusable, especially for a property at this price point.Despite repeated promises from the host that linens were being delivered, they never arrived.Elderly guests (ages 75 and 80) were forced to check into a nearby hotel so they could bathe and sleep properly before th

The refrigerator has now been fully repaired and is functioning properly. I also want to clarify that the freezer was operational, and we provided assistance to help with storage while we arranged for a professional repair service. Regarding the pool and hot tub, I sincerely apologize for the condition in which they were found upon your arrival. I can confirm that the pool has since been cleaned, and we have taken steps to ensure the hot tub is fully operational. We take pool and hot tub maintenance very seriously, and we understand the disappointment caused by their condition during your stay.
