- Guest Room #1 includes a queen bed, accommodating 2 guests.
- The primary bedroom offers a king bed, an ensuite, and a walk-in closet.
- Two twin-size blow-up mattresses with bedding are available in the master bedroom closet.
- This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 people, making it ideal for families or groups.

Enjoy the community's outdoor BBQ area and the convenience of in-condo laundry.

The Riverstone area provides a modern shopping experience with coffee shops, a cinema, restaurants, boutiques, and fitness centers. The Centennial Trail offers easy access to biking and walking paths, and Riverstone Park is nearby for outdoor recreation.

Parking is available in visitor lots, and access is secured with key fobs provided upon arrival. The condo is just 30 minutes from Spokane Airport, making it an excellent choice for a North Idaho escape.

Great location, comfortable, has all the amenities you need. Better deal than the hotel close by. Beautiful, two br/two bath 3rd floor condo with vaulted ceilings and two underground parking spots. Excellent communication. Mountain views. Would definitely stay here again.
