Welcome to Casa de Riviera! This brand-new, exquisite home is thoughtfully designed with families in mind. From the playful bunk beds in the kids' room to the abundance of toys and games, your family will instantly feel at home in this luxurious Riverstone retreat. The bright yellow front door welcomes you to a space where no detail has been overlooked. Upgraded appliances, tasteful decor, and comfort are central to this home, ensuring a delightful vacation experience. Kid-friendly touches like a full set of children's dishes make family vacation planning a breeze.

As you step into the home, you'll find two adult beach cruiser bikes ready for use. If you're traveling with little ones, consider renting a kids' bike trailer and take the nearby trail, which leads you straight to Riverstone Village and downtown Coeur d'Alene. The open floor plan creates a space where everyone can be together, whether cooking, playing, or relaxing. The fenced backyard is perfect for family fun with games like ladderball and cozy lounge chairs.

CDA Getaway

Great property and location for back and forth to the CDA resort for a business convention. Kitchen was well stocked with actual glass wear and steak knives. Although backyard was close to a busy road, never heard traffic. Enjoyed the Riverstone area shopping and eateries. Would stay here again.

Wonderful Home

We loved staying in this new home in a nice neighborhood. It was well furnished, very clean, comfortable and close to many activities and restaurants. We enjoyed that it was very close to the park and trail along the river. When we called the management company for help with the grill, they were very prompt and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We rent a VRBO property in Coeur d'Alene for a week every year. This property, by far, has been the best we have ever rented. Super location. Super clean. Super convenient. The property managers were terrific. Will stay here again.

Great Stay

Very clean and well appointed property. Everything we needed for cooking or just daily activities. We had 2 adult children 30 ish), my husband and me. The bikes were wonderful - we loved biking to downtown CDA- about 10 mins, and using the Centennial trail which was right by the house. Hope to return!

Best VRBO - EVER

Not that we have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals but, between the house, location and simply being in Couer d'Alene Idaho... this was the best VRBO stay we have had to date! I cannot think of anything it was lacking, we were able to park and recharge our e bikes in the garage every night and access the Centennial Trail directly from the house too. We have a few friends meet us at the house to ride with us and they all were amazed at how nice a property it is. Safe, comfortable, accessible and simply perfect for our wants and needs... nothing more to say!

One of the best stays I’ve ever had!

The description undersells how AWESOME this property is! It’s a great location—river is a block away and you can ride bikes easily to downtown. It is a safe and well-groomed location. The house is beautiful and smells great! Fully stocked, aesthetically delightful, and easy to R & R. The price point is a huge value especially compared to the other rentals in the area. And the management company is articulate, knowledgeable and thoughtful! If I were a property owner I’d use them. We will be back!! 5 stars!!

Highly recommend Riverstone Village

We really enjoyed our stay at Riverstone Village. The home was close to everything we wanted to do. We have close family in Post Falls and it was a great middle spot between it and Coeur d'Alene restaurants and shops. The place was fully equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. One thing I would suggest is just having a place to hang clothes or towels in the rooms but other than that, we couldn't have been happier or cozier. I really appreciated the notifications as well for garbage pick up and notices about check in and property as well as all of the links to various attractions. I definitely will recommend to my other family that comes to see those in Post Falls. Thank you so much!

Great location! Immaculate property.

The yellow door of this house makes it easy to spot from a distance, it's as clean a beautiful outside as it is inside. This is in a very quiet neighborhood and backs up to a paved trail (north Idaho centennial trail?) so it's a short bike ride or walk to some play structures and river access. It seemed like everything we needed was within 10 minutes of driving. The house is stocked with lots of kitchen tools, has a big fridge, comfy beds in both bedrooms, a futon in a front nook area, two full bathrooms, comfy living room seating, a modern gas fireplace, some outdoor chairs and a gas BBQ. All to say, this property would easily accommodate two couples or two parties or even a family. I would definitely stay here again!! **If you come in the summer like we did or like your sleeping conditions cool, be sure to kick on the AC units as soon as you get there, it takes a little while to cool down**

Would have been a 5 except for a couple of things.Basic, clean, well maintained, nicely appointed home in a very good location. Ideal for young families. Does though, lack central air conditioning which in the summer months leaves the 2nd bedroom rather warm at night for sleeping. Only the main area and the master bedroom have air conditioning units. They work well for those areas. The “COMMUNICATION” from NW was great when they were notifying us about things, but less impressive when we tried to contact them. Their replies were slow, and it took multiple messages to get the information that I was inquiring about. Plus, you’re not guaranteed to get the same representative each time. The subsequent rep didn’t read the prior messages and therefore was giving me incorrect information. He was less than impressive and not very helpful. That was the only frustrating part of our stay.Overhead garage door chain was loose and rattled / vibrated excessively against the metal track. The NW Representative assured me that they would address this after we left. WiFi signal is weak, slow, and spotty.

Upon entering the property, you are greeted by two adult beach cruiser bikes! These bikes are for your use and if you have little ones, consider renting a kids bike trailer and riding the bike trail that is right at the end of the street, access to Riverstone Village, and further down the path to downtown Coeur d`Alene and all things North Idaho.

The open floor plan means everyone is together while playing, cooking, and spending time as a family. The fenced backyard is a great place to play! Ladderball and lounge chairs keep everyone happy. The master suite has queen size bed, TV, and a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in closet. The bunk room steals the show with a twin over a full bunk bed and all of the family-friendly amenities you will need; a pack-n-play, a booster seat for the dining room table, and a colorful motif will ensure your kids feel safe and are able to sleep well. The small front room area has a futon that folds out to a full-size bed and plenty of toys and games to keep the kids busy while adults visit elsewhere.
