Renovated Studio -Walking distance to FSU/Doak Stadium

Studio apartment, completely renovated in April 2022. A convenient half-mile walk (10 mins) to Doak Campbell Stadium, FSU, and College Town. FAMU is just 2.5 miles away, and the Florida State Capitol is a mere 1.8 miles away.

Space: Approximately 500 square feet, with ample closet space.

Bedroom: Includes a queen mattress and box spring, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Additional Sleeping Arrangement: Love seat converts into a full-sized bed with a memory foam mattress for extra comfort.

Entertainment: Living room features a big screen smart TV with free WiFi for entertainment and connectivity.

Laundry: Washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit for added convenience.

Kitchenette: Fully stocked with dishes, silverware, and glasses, plus a brand new GE convection toaster oven for cooking needs.

Outdoor Amenities: Patio equipped with a BBQ for outdoor cooking.

Bathroom: Towels provided for both shower and pool use.

Our studio unit ensures guests enjoy private access without sharing with others. The upper level is a separate, private residence inaccessible to guests. A large community pool is conveniently located behind our unit, along with a beach volleyball court. Guests will receive their own access code for added convenience.

Each reservation includes one parking pass, allowing you to park in a designated guest spot within the community.

We also offer a military and first responder discount during non-peak dates

Great place!

This is a great place as it is more than a hotel room. Nice bathroom and kitchen and bed is like a cloud. Would definitely stay here again.

This cozy renovated studio apartment was very clean and very nice. We had a great time staying there. Alan was very helpful with any questions I had and his response time was excellent. This apartment is perfect for college game day rather it’s for FSU or FAMU. The commute is perfect, not long at all. You also are not far from grocery stores or workout facilities and dining. I really enjoyed my stayed and would recommend this for anyone visiting Tallahassee, thanks again Alan.

This unit was very clean and the decor was current. It was also warm and inviting. We loved the location in proximity to campus. The washer/dryer was a lifesaver since this addition to our trip was impromptu! All the amenities you could hope for.

Hidden gem

The property was tucked away just beyond Doak Campbell stadium near the FSU campus. Check in was easy, inside property was immaculate. Clean and comfortable and the hosts really thought of everything that you might need for a stay. This was probably the best stocked house we have ever stayed in. If we are ever back in Tallahassee we would stay here again.

Great location for walkable access to FSU campus. Unit was clean and had everything you could need for a weekend stay.. The bathroom is awesome with a huge shower and fancy light-up mirror. Our family of 4 was very comfortable there for the weekend to see a FSU game.

Great Place to Stay

Fabulous location right near Doak Campbell Stadium! Beautifully updated condo, comfortable bed, and a huge glassed-in shower. It was a nice surprise to find a few snacks and bottled waters and a Keurig stocked with coffee pods. Alan (the owner) was highly responsive and communicated with us before, during and after our stay. Definitely recommend this place!

Perfect Location/ Beautiful Studio

My wife and I just moved our son into FSU over the weekend. Our stay at Noles Nest was fantastic. The check-in process was smooth, the unit was immaculate and had all the amenities needed. It was walking distance to FSU and t Doak Campbell Stadium. I would highly recommend this property.
