Located in the Southside Historic District, every detail of this property has been tailored to provide the best experience for our guests. You'll find the location to be prime! WALK to Chattanooga’s finest restaurants, attractions, and bars. Relax in the oversized walk-in shower/tub. Hangout in the flex space, which features a roll-up garage door leading to the patio, perfect for indoor/outdoor entertaining! Fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances. Sleeps 8 people comfortably. Rest easy knowing your car is secure in our one car garage attached to the property and our outside security cameras monitor the home 24/7. You will not regret choosing the Grand Luxe! **This property is a 3-story townhome. If you or anyone in your group has mobility issues, our property may not be ideal, as at least one set of stairs must be taken to reach a bedroom and kitchen area.

Exquisite Stay

The house is in a great location, decorated very nicely, very clean and everyone agreed the house had the best sheets and the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in. We enjoyed the house so much, and everyone wanted to stay longer, but unfortunately we were only there for about 12 hours, but enjoyed every minute. Would definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.

We live in Chattanooga and had to rent two condos for our daughter’s wedding to stay in that were close to the venue downtown. This unit is in a great location, very nice but disappointed for the cost (over 110 more) which was significantly higher than the unit next door. It was not as clean upon arrival, there were no trash cans throughout the unit, and no trash bags to put trash in (3 day stay). No dish towels, we ran out of soap and shampoo. The property is very nice just not as nice as we had hoped, especially when there are several that are comparable and not quite as expensive.

Perfect for families

We were traveling with six adults and one almost 2-year-old to meet other family members in Chattanooga. The layout was perfect for us. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. We loved that we were within walking distance of many things to do. The neighborhood was nice and the property was immaculate. What a great stay!

The property was amazing and beautifully decorated. The bathroom is amazing plenty of room for family and guest that stop by for graduation festivities. Perfect Getaway Spot!

We traveled as a group of college besties for our annual girls trip. Upon arrival, we were extremely impressed with the cleanliness, the location, and the amenities within the condo. Each room was decorated comfortably and warmly. There are plenty of really great restaurants within walking distance and it’s fairly close to all that Chattanooga has to offer. I almost hesitate in leaving this review for fear that it will become more popular and less available. We loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat thank you Taylor for your hospitality!

Great location for overnight stay on our way further south. Whole family could stay together. Pet friendly. Close to Rock City. Walking distance to restaurants, bakery, coffee shop, breakfast, pizza, shops. Very nice property. Highly recommended.

Overall, this property was great! Comfortable beds, enough space for five adults, and walkable to restaurants and some shopping. Everything was clean and the rental AC worked well during our high 90’s stay. One big con was the traffic on the busy road in front of the rental. It was loud all day. Between traffic, the train, and the fire trucks that passed by a minimum of 5x/day. If you’re a light sleeper bring your ear plugs. Also, our truck wouldn’t fit in the garage, so parking was a struggle sometimes. There are very few areas that you don’t have to pay.

Fun July 4th

We had a great time. We loved everyone having their own on-suite bathroom!!! Beds so comfortable. We did have trouble with batteries and downstairs tv did not work. But they door dashed us batteries!! No problems with hot water when we all took showers/bath. Our grandson loved the kids water park and carousel nearby. He rode the carousel like 10 times and wanted to go back!!! We also had fun at the aquarium and the stream engine train ride!!! He was able at 4 to see a real train!
