The hosts were very responsive. Sometimes within minutes. We spent 3 nights in Jan. 2026. The photos that you see online are accurate. Which isn’t always the case. All the furniture and appliances were top notch. The view was awesome. This is the best VRBO I have ever rented. You wouldn’t regret renting this condo. Thanks Epsi

We stayed for a week. We were able to walk to breakfast daily which was nice and ice cream in the evenings. Location was great. We knew we would need the pull out couch as part of sleeping arrangements. When we arrived the bedding for that was missing but owners were quick to respond and get them for us. We arrived a few hours early and they allowed us the check in early which was also nice.

Gorgeous view of The Gulf!! Unbeatably easy beach access for my handicapped mother who can’t walk that far. Unit is low enough in the high-rise to take the stairs if desired. Love the owner-painted artwork throughout the unit; everything is fresh and clean!!

Beautiful Beach

The beach and the emerald, green water were the highlight. The condo on the 4th floor overlooking the beach was awesome as well as the property managers. The property overall is in much need of updating/renovation. The condo nice but also could use an update. The volume of people versus the lobby space and elevators needs addressing. The traffic in Destin is horrendous.

Very clean and responsive host

This might be the cleanest rental we’ve stayed on during a beach trip. Not even a speck of sand in the whole place! The hosts were responsive before during and after our stay…not that we needed to reach out to them because the rental had everything we needed! We loved the location, the amenities, and the view. Creating a comfy place for our three year old is so important to having a good and fun trip and even he started calling it “home” by day 3. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be choosing it again when we come back to Destin!
