Whether you are sipping your morning coffee or having a glass of wine on one of our three balconies, or taking a leisurely stroll along the St. Lucie Riverwalk. Enjoy the spectacular sunrises from the master bedroom deck! Our location along the Frazier Creek waterway has a private dock, which leads out to Indian River and ensures plenty of warm summer breezes. This cozy community offers a shared heated pool for your enjoyment.

This nautically themed 3-Bedroom, 3.5 Bath house is the perfect layout for families or friends and offers an open floor plan for the living area on the second level while also offering privacy for the bedrooms located on the 1st and 3rd levels. The bright interior is enhanced with colorful tropical touches throughout. It comes complete with Level 2 EV charging!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beach house for our first family vacation with our two little ones! The house was clean, comfortable, and perfect for traveling with kids. It truly felt like a home away from home.The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, silverware, and everything you could possibly need, which made it really easy to cook and stay in when we wanted. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the couch was beyond comfy, which was perfect for relaxing after long days exploring with the kids.I personally misunderstood the location and thought it was walking distance to the beach, but that was on my part when booking. However, it is walking distance to the beautiful river walk, which ended up being such a peaceful and beautiful spot for stroller walks with the kids.The beaches are only about a 15 minute drive!One of the best parts of the property is that it backs right up to the river and has a dock, canoe, and fishing poles available, which was such a fun bonus. The view and setting are really beautiful and peaceful.As a travel agent myself, I’ll absolutely be recommending this property to my future clients. It was a great experience and the perfect place for us to make special memories on our first family trip!

Our hosts communicated clearly and timely and the property location is wonderful. An easy walk to all the downtown Stuart restaurants and shops, as well as a very quick ride ti the beach. In fact our favorite is to bike there.

Memorial weekend

Wonderful stay at a beautiful in a prime location to Stuart. Our host was very accommodating as I needed to check in early and there were no issues doing so. The home is in a great little neighborhood walking distance from all the great little spots in Stuart. Lots of good shopping, restaurants, and activities nearby. The beach is pleasantly close also.The house itself was wonderful as it had plenty of room for myself and wife, brother and his wife and 4 yr old and my mom. Great appliances, wifi, and accessible accessories through out the home. The elevator was great addition for my mom and also nephew to use.Would love to stay here again for our next visit back to Stuart and would recommend to anyone looking to kick back and relax in style!

Wonderful stay

There is a reason this is our second stay here. The hosts do things well. Their home is modern, up to date and clean. They communicate but don’t overdo it. The check in and check out processes are clear and easy. And oh that location. Just off downtown so we can walk to restaurants, entertainment and shopping. We highly recommend this home and the hosts.

This home is absolutely gorgeous! It is stocked with every everything you would need. The three of us had our own bedroom and bathroom, Perfect for our girls weekend! It’s in walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. It has a gourmet kitchen and a barbecue if wanting to cook at home. An excellent property with all the amenities

Gorgeous Home!

We had a 5 night stay at this beautiful home and everything about it was outstanding. The house is so comfortable and pretty. We enjoyed sitting out on the 2 balconies in the morning and evening, and the owners did a very thoughtful job of emailing check in/out directions and they created a book of restaurant recommendations with area attractions to enjoy. The beds were really comfortable. The bathrooms had plenty of clean towels. The kitchen area contains everything you need and it was nice to cook dinner one night. The pool in the complex was nice. We appreciated how clean the house was! The area is close to Hutchinson Island, and we had a fun beach day- the owners graciously provided beach chairs and towels. The property is in a nice area for morning walks with stops along the way for great coffee. We absolutely loved our stay!

Beautiful Home with easy walking to Downtown Stuart

We were in town as family for a few days to lay to rest our father. The home was very clean and well equipped with great beds and numerous decks. Each bedroom had its own bathroom with a half bath on the main living level. The home also had multiple decks. An unexpected surprise was that the home had a small elevator that was ideal for moving luggage between the three floors. Would definitely choose to stay there again. There was still so much more to enjoy that we could not do in the few nights we had there. Thanks for sharing your place!

Weekend getaway

We stayed at the cottage for the weekend. It was perfect, everything you needed and more. I highly recommend staying. It is within walking distance of historic downtown Stuart with bars and restaurants around the corner. Convenient, easy, and very tidy. I would change nothing!

Great property in Stuart!

This house is very nice, very clean and in walking distance to downtown Stuart. The kitchen is great and the master is huge... and the 2nd and 3rd bedroom have their own baths which was nice if traveling with other adults. I had a few questions and the owners promptly responded and were very helpful. It was nice to have a garage to park in as well. I highly recommend this property! Thank you for a terrific stay.

Totally charming and comfortable

This is a well-appointed home with wonderful space and excellent decor. Some rental properties are appointed with cheaper furniture and bedding, but that was NOT the case here. We felt as though we were at home and didn’t want for anything. Frequent communication from the owner was appreciated. We loved the location and enjoyed exploring downtown Stuart and short trips to several of the nearby by beaches (all of which were beautiful). We ate well, slept well and vacationed well thanks to this outstanding property. Highly recommend!

The perfect house for mobility impaired

We Loved our stay at the pink house! Everything was perfect for our 3 generation group from the cleanliness and location to the comfortable beds and pillow to the kitchen set up and gadgets. We enjoyed the back deck in the morning and if we had the opportunity, we would have enjoyed the front deck for a glass of vino. What I loved the most was allowing my elderly in-laws to enjoy the master bedroom on the 3rd floor by way of the elevator. You set the bar high for other house rentals. Stuart is a wonderful town with boutique clothing shops, restaurants, bars and ice cream shops. Our favorite dinner was at the Boathouse Restaurant and bar -with a big shoutout to Waleska! If we venture back to Stuart we will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Another Great Stay

This is our second time staying at this property. When we come to the Treasure Coast there is nowhere else we would rather stay. Large property. Clean. All amenities. We walked to Downtown Stuart for dinner every night. This place feels like home. We have already booked another week.

Beautiful place, beautiful location

This property was everything we hoped it would be! The location can’t be beat - beautiful street that is walking distance to downtown Stuart - and the house itself is gorgeous! Tammy and Jeremy are wonderful hosts, and very responsive. The front door lock was a little finicky, and the downstairs bathroom could use a shelf for toiletries, but these are obviously little quibbles. My family is very picky, and before the trip was over they were already saying that they want to book the property again next year! Many thanks for a lovely vacation, truly.

Our three decks are a true highlight of this property which is surrounded by a myriad of palm trees and your own mangrove forest encircling the private dock on the Frazier River.
