The Lilac House

Come visit the beautiful Western Slope Colorado at the Lilac House! Great location with a 25 min drive to either side of the valley , from Palisade to Fruita Colorado. Experience bike trails, national monuments, thousands of acres to explore, then come back and relax, and visit one of the local wineries or breweries. Come stay at our 3 bedroom 1 bath house with a large back yard. Short drive down to the Historic Downtown Grand junction.

Great property in quiet neighborhood

Loved, Loved our stay at Lilac House. ❀ Quiet neighborhood, close to the Fairgrounds. Comfortable beds and pillows. We had breakfast under the gazebo and throughly enjoyed our stay!

Weekend getaway

This was a good location for our weekend getaway. We went Biking in Palisade, Hiking in Grand Mesa, Biking in Fruita and Grand Junction and the home was centrally located to all our activities as well as to nice restaurants. The hosts were quick to reply to all our questions and requests for information. We had a very enjoyable weekend.

Comfortable stay in Grand Junction

We had a nice one night stay at this property in Grand Junction. The home was clean, comfortable and helpful instructions were readily available. Close to town and a nearby park. The yard area was lovely and home layout was perfect for our 3-bedroom needs. Thank you for sharing your home for our rental!

Family Time

The Lilac house was amazing!! We instantly felt at home and there was plenty of room for our Grand Junction family to come over for dinner! The house was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of parking for having family come by. We will definitely book this property again for our next trip to Grand Junction!!

Wine festival, girls weekend

We came up for the wine festival with my girlfriends. We had a great weekend. The house was perfect and convenient and comfortable. It was close to all the things we needed. We had a great time sitting on the patio and in the living room, watching TV and laughing. Great times, thank you so much

Lovely cozy property!

We stayed here during wine week and the place was perfect. Very clean and well equipped for our stay. We felt like we were in the VIP suite! Highly recommend it - will rent again.

Cute house in convenient location

We enjoyed our stay at Lilac House. It was a great location: close to Colorado National Monument, Grand Mesa, Palisade and downtown Main Street in Grand Junction. The house has a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a covered patio to enjoy the large backyard. The houses are pretty close together so we were worried about noise from the neighbors, but it was a very quiet neighborhood. We'd stay here again!

Enjoyable Stay

Great communication by host. We'll stocked kitchen. Good location, within driving distance to several national parks and Colorado National Monument. Right size for our party of 5. The one thing to keep in mind is that the air conditioning system is a swamp cooler, which is different from traditional air conditioning. We stayed 3 days, all of which were hot. The swamp cooler cooled the home after being on for a while, but the temperature varied throughout the house. Overall a good experience. We would recommend it.

Amazing property

Lilac house is so comfy, beautifully decorated and I wished we had more time to spend there. We all enjoyed our stay there. It is in a great area close to everything. You can’t go wrong staying here. Next time we’re going to stay longer. The hosts were great with communication and very pleasant to work with.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and comfortable! The back yard and canopy with lights over the outside table was a very nice touch and we really enjoyed it.

Nice size house

Nice size house. Property manager was responsive to questions and came over to hook up swamp cooler. One suggestion would be to fix the gate. Back yard was nice, but there really isn't a view.

Wonderful!!

My daughters and I stayed at this lovely home for two nights and throughly enjoyed it. It was meticulously clean and had amazing amenities, from bottled water and snacks to a well equipped coffee bar. The hosts checked in via email to make sure everything was going well - it most certainly was! Five stars!!

Great place for a small group

Really enjoyed this property. It looks like it has recently been updated on the inside and the outside is nicely kept. It felt like it was a bit far from I-70 at first, but once we got there it was located near a grocery store and some great restaurants, and access to the main thoroughfare was easy and it ended up not being too bad of a drive to the trailheads. I would absolutely recommend this property for a small group of friends (no more than 4-5 adults comfortably) or a small family.
