The Rainbelt Home is located in Meade Kansas within Blocks of Shopping, Dalton Gang Hideout, Meade County Historical Museum, the park, and the Hospital. The Meade County Fairgrounds is located within a 5 minute drive. This home has 2 separate bedrooms, 1 bath, and a fold out couch in the living room so the property will sleep 6. A spacious kitchen with a Coffee/Tea/Snack bar located within the kitchen area. The kitchen has all of the appliances ,dishes and most other items needed for your stay. There is a smart TV which is loaded with the following applications: Hulu, Disney +, ESPN +, Discovery +, and many more. So you can Binge watch many programs during your time here.
If you want to exercise instead of watching TV there is an exercise bike and exercise DVD'S available for use.

Hidden gem

Great place, everything you need in a small getaway place. Probably the only rental home like it in the area. Second time we’ve stayed here while visiting family and will definitely be back again.

An Oasis in Meade

This cute, clean home offered us an oasis when we came to town for a family wedding. Not only were we comfortable, we were delighted to find that Karen & Rusty thought of so many extras that made our stay special: a kitchen with essentials & more, charging stations for our devices, an Alexa (we enjoyed listening to music), and a rocking chair in the porch. We appreciate the excellent communication. Thanks so much!

Excellent Property

I only stayed 2 nights, but I wish I had stayed longer! Besides being exceptionally clean, everything you could need (and most of what you might want) was included in this spacious, quiet property. The bed was wonderful, the shower spacious, and the towels luxurious. Instructions from the hosts were easy to follow, the house easy to find. I will certainly try to stay here whenever I'm near Meade again!

Easy living

The perfect place to decompress after a long day on the road. When you walk in the front door you feel a sense of peacefulness and a well maintained property. The owners are top notch and it's obvious they have your comfort at the top of the list. I would highly recommend.

Perfect space for a family or group!

I stayed with three little kids. There was plenty of room to move around! The kitchen is large and coffee/snacks were a hit! The beds and pillows were comfortable. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. This makes visiting family so relaxing because we can run “home” for naps.

Rusty and Karen like to travel. They met on a bus trip to Niagara Falls in 2016. We married in 2020. Rusty has lived in Meade his whole life. We have stayed in many rental places and believed that Meade was in need of one.
