Welcome to Hawks Ridge, located in Fish Camp II at Eagles Nest!

Tucked in the trees and within the gated community of Fish Camp II, Hawks Ridge is a newly completed home perfect for two couples or a family. This single living home has a cozy living room and kitchen with a full bath with a custom tiled shower with frameless glass door. The living room has a flat screen TV and gas log fireplace. Past the kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances is the king bedroom with TV and deck access. At the opposite side of the home is the second bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and a window seat (please note the lofted space is for owner's use only). Fish Camp guests also enjoy exclusive fishing access across the highway on the private, pristine headwaters of the Elk River for catch & release fishing of trophy trout.

While enjoying your stay at this home, you have access to most amenities in the Eagles Nest community. Amenities available to you include:

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.

Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.


OFF-PEAK SPECIAL: Stay longer than the minimum number of nights and automatically receive a 5-10% Discount - Only during rates listed as Off Peak.
Guests returning to Hawks Ridge may receive a discount of 5%, not to be combined with other discounts to the rent.

Please note that this property absolutely does not permit pets anywhere in or on the premises at any time including outdoor spaces. Bona fide service animals as prescribed by a medical professional may be permitted, and the presence of a service animal must be disclosed prior to check-in. Misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a crime under North Carolina law. Guests who bring a pet to a no-pet home will be subject to a non-refundable $750 fee to reimburse the owner for wrongful use of their home as well as compensate for removing pet hair and dander and clean carpets and upholstery.
If any pets are discovered during your tenancy including via security camera or observation of neighbors or BRMR staff, your credit card on file will be charged for the above-mentioned fee.

Additional Notes:
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's.
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

-CANCELLATION POLICY: STRICT: Cancellations 60+ days prior to arrival receive a full refund minus the $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be refunded unless the dates are rebooked to another traveler.
- The owners of this home use 3 exterior Ring floodlight security cameras to ensure their home remains safe. One is facing the driveway and the other two are on the back rear corners of the home.
