You may camp outside if desired, the weather is fantastic, but no fires may be had for any reason (campfires and grilling forbidden by guests.)

Children permitted but be aware this is a nature heavy area with wildlife, the river has no rail or safety devices.

This listing is for private usage of the independent one room/bath downstairs and does not include access to the other areas of the house, but the deck is free game! There will be nobody present on the property except you and your party.
