We had a great stay! The host was excellent—very responsive and accommodating. Any questions we had were answered immediately, and when we asked for extra towels, they were delivered the same day. Communication was seamless, which made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Nice house to stay in on our golf trip. It is a little dated but provided all of the necessities. The owner was quick to respond when we had an issue with the door code. The price of this property was very reasonable.

This Is a very charming older home in a very quiet neighborhood. It was very clean, comfortable, and close to the elk park, restaurants, shopping; really just a great location for any activities in or near Gaylord. We were really surprised at how quiet the area was, especially at night. We could even just take a walk right from the home to the downtown area. Our host communicated quickly and was helpful with restaurant suggestions. We all really liked Rise and Dine! We would stay there again.

Gorgeous home in downtown gaylord

Stayed here for a few days while I was in town for work. The house is beautiful and close to everything downtown. The owner is quick with responses and extremely accommodating. Would stay here again as my first choice in the area

pass code to door lock did not work when arrived. had to log in to vrbo and sent email. then had to contact owner. got in. home was in residential neighborhood. group across the street was watching our every move which was kind of weird. thus explains the outdoor cameras. house did not seem clean mainly because the carpet in the rooms were disgusting. the yard was over grown, just dumped on the side of the house on the driveway side. we decided to leave a day early. would not recommend for the money.\

Close to everything

This was a nice house in a great location. So close to the snowmobile trail (#7). There is a long driveway so you can unload at the back door. Downtown is a couple blocks away. We enjoyed the stay.

Comfortable and Convenient

We really enjoyed our stay. Walkable to restaurants and ice cream shop. Brennons coffee shop was close as well. We would consider staying again when back in town.

Nice, Convenient Place to Stay in Gaylord

After entering from outside via steps, the interior is all on one floor. Worked great for senior visitors who struggle to navigate stairs and steps. Great for a northern Michigan get-together in Winter.

Great place in town, close several restaurants

This cute home was perfect for my business trip to Gaylord. I had to bring my dogs on this trip so the fenced in yard was perfect. The house is larger than it looks and walking distance to several restaurants & breweries. The host was responsive and easy to work with. Only complaint was I wish I would have brought my own pillows. Five stars, would stay again!

Great location close to a lot of amenities in Gaylord. Easy to walk to restaurants and entertainment. Close drive to the abundance of golf courses in the area.
