Other Things To Note
For special holiday periods such as Xmas, NYE , MLK & Presidents Weekend Memorial and Labor Day Weekends, and Thanksgiving a 3 or 4 night minimum booking requirement is in effect.

Upon booking confirmation the guest will be asked to supply both their email and home address in order for a short term guest/host agreement to be completed and emailed to them.

This agreement is a simple form which covers all the basics just to ensure everyone is on the same page and there's no confusion regarding the dates, times, and house rules
