Summer Vacation
Our family decided on a pet friendly condo this year so we could take our dig. We have never seen the Atlantis, so that is why we chose Delaware this year. Our stay was amazing, we had an excellent host and I highly recommend his beautiful condo! Thank you Marc and family, you're the best!!!

good for family and pets
We had a great stay. It's a nice neighborhood. It's clean, quiet, and comfortable. The neighbors are friendly, and there are nice places to walk your dog. Our only issue was temperature. It got cold in the house and thermostat would return to the original setting a few hours after we increased the temperature.

Unique place
Our stay Pineapple place, Lewes, DE was fabulous. It is located close to the beach, shopping center and fine restaurants yet secluded enough to feel relaxed without the hustle and bustle. The community pool was well maintained and the people were friendly in a relaxing environment. The owner was very responsive and provided all necessary items for our extended stay. It felt like it was our home away from home. The house was easy to navigate and there were notes in frames which provided instructions and directions. Everything was where it was suppose to be. The surrounding community is very people and dog friendly and the grounds were meticulously maintained. We felt welcomed into Marc's home and he even provided us snacks and a bottle of wine as a special treat. So happened that our daughter misplaced her christening necklace prior to our departure and the owner located it and notified us immediately of its appearance. Pineapple Place is truly unique place. We hope you will have the opportunity to treat yourself to be there as well. We will love to come back there again

Absolutely LOVE this place!
I am so excited to be the first review and to share how much we loved staying at the Pineapple Palace! First of all, the location was perfect to us, behind Acme and close to the Theater. A great spot between Rehoboth Beach and Lewes Beach. The neighborhood is actually secluded and quiet, which is something we appreciate. In fact, we liked it so much that we attempted to see another house in the neighborhood that was for sale, but it was under contract already. The pictures describe the unit perfectly and I have to say the new furniture was a pleasure. Some of us don't love Grandma's old furniture from the 80s. (Nobody does, right?) Getting in the unit was super easy. The owners have put so much thought into what makes a comfortable stay... graphics on the cabinets to help identify where things are, QR code to connect your phones to WIFI, beautiful art in every room, black out curtains, everything you could need in the kitchen and great quality....not the cheap hand-me-down things. Before I left home, I tried to find a new dish sponge to bring and also considered bringing my own bowl that I eat my yogurt out of in the morning. Much to my surprise and delight, they had the same Ikea bowls there and a brand new sponge in the wrapper waiting in the sink! (Gosh, I hate when you show up to a used sponge) Also, great hand soaps were provided. A couple of tips. It is a shoe-free home(which I love), bring some socks or indoor slippers. The first floor is cold (which may be great in the summer months) and that is where the Primary BR is located. Not to worry though, they have a space heater and extra bedding. Hubby came down a few days after me so I asked him to bring an extra bath mat and that helped, too. All-in-all, we love this place. It felt like home. It was me, my husband, our ten year old son, and our dog. Perfect size for us. Grateful for the LVP floors with the dog. Grateful for everything there. We can't wait to come back!
