Brand new 2022 renovation! Everything is brand new! New Beds, showers, sinks, appliances, Smart TVs, furniture, flooring!!! Condo features a pool just steps away from the outdoor deck on the first floor. The condo is exactly one mile to the beach & boardwalk. Just a 5 minute drive to the Jungle Jims Waterpark and tons of amazing restaurants bars. Want to shop the Tanger Outlets are less than a mile away. Bring your bikes and leave your car for the entire weekend! Rehoboth now has lots of bike racks to securley lock yur bike in front of the beach access paths. The condo also has a very large bike rack to lock up your bike. We are exactly 1 mile to the boardwalk and walking distance to the Crystal Restaurant for Breakfast!! There is public transportation to the outlets and beach if you wanted to leave the car at the condo. We also provide all your linens and bath towels!!! Any rental over 30 days the tenant will pay utilities.

Great location, about 5 to 10 minute walk to restaurants, and 15 minute walk to the beach.The condo is really nice and has been recently renovated. I would definitely book it again.

Newly renovated condo, with pool access and pet friendly were all pluses. Good location close to the lighthouse circle and canal bridge. Don’t miss the famers market on Tuesday mornings. We would definitely stay here again!!

The location is fabulous being close to the beach, boardwalk, dining and shops. The owner is responsive and the property is newly updated and clean. The dryer heat element stopped working and the issue was remedied that very day which I was shocked and appreciated. The layout was perfect with the unit being on ground level, rooms are on each side of the space, and the pool is a few steps away -also the dumpster, for waste disposal, is acrossed the street, however, not in linesight making it convenient to disguard trash. Also, the patio/deck is privately situated at the rear corner of building.Henlopen community is well maintained with beautiful trees and landscaping which adds to Rehoboth DE charm and relaxing experience.

Great spot in a great location to the beach

Place was amazing. Very clean and as described in the listing. Very convenient with the pool on the property. Also great proximity to the boardwalk and the beach. Will definitely book again.

Perfect Rehoboth vacation

This two bedroom condo was wonderful for me and my dog and some friends who stopped in during my 2 week stay. I had a bike with me so I could bike anywhere. The bike trail was right off the property. It was very comfortable and spacious.

Great location and quiet condo

My wife, 9 year old son, and small terrier stayed here and had a great time. The location was super convenient. We walked to the beach, Rise Up coffee and various places downtown every day. The complex was super quiet with a nice pool. The inside of the condo was clean and well furnished. We will definitely return.

Fantastic location/ comfortable apartment

We stayed in our home away from home for nearly 2 months. It is a well appointed apartment with all the furnishings you might need. Great quiet neighborhood with great eateries in walking distance. Walking distance to the beach too is a great plus. We feel in love with the neighborhood. I would stay here again

Great stay!

We had a great stay. The condo was Super clean, more spacious than the pictures show. We enjoyed the pool after the beach. Location is close to everything fun in Rehoboth! We’d stay again! Highly recommended, and a nice value too!

Family Trip

Great place and great location! Had a little hiccup with the door code not working at check in. The owner did did in touch with me with another code. So all good mistakes happen was that big of a deal. Highly recommended for a great centrally located place close to the beach. Thanks!

A Great Place to Stay

Well kept, comfortable, and updated condo. My wife and I stayed there from March 30- April 27, 2024.. The location is perfect. There are so many bars, restaurants, spas, etc. within a walking distance. Hop in your car and you can find anything you want in a matter of minutes. Eric, your host, is a great guy. If you have any questions or need anything taken care of, you can be assured he will take care of it for you. I recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in a nice unit and in a great location. It is perfect for two people, two couples, or a family of four.

Great place!

Eric’s place was perfect! We rode our bikes everywhere.. it’s close to anything you need.. didn’t need to go on RT 1 at all which is HUGE! The condo is really nice and spacious.. can’t wait to book here again!

A+, five stars, nothing but great!

This property was recently updated, thoughtfully and comfortably furnished and SO SO CLEAN upon arrival - it was a terrific home away from home for a week at the beach. My family of four was very comfortable and I think up to 6 people would probably be equally as comfortable. Erik the property manager was very responsive and helpful. Check in was easy and our stay was super comfortable. Highly recommend.

Relaxing in Rehoboth

We had a wonderful time! The home was spacious and thoughtfully equipped. It had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. It is on the first floor which made it very accessible with a stroller. There was a housekeeper on-call and on the premises. 10-minute walk away from a playground, brunch place (Egg is fantastic!), and Rise Up (excellent coffee shop). The beach and boardwalk are a pleasant 25-minute walk along Rehoboth’s main drag along sidewalks. The pool was perfect for our family, never crowded and well maintained. If you are sensitive to light or a light sleeper, you might need room darkening curtains in the second bedroom. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again!

Don't forget Grotto Pizza, Thrashers Boardwalk Fries, Kohr Bros. Soft serve Ice cream, Dollies Salt Water Taffy, and of course Candy Kitchen!!! HAVE FUN!
