Oceanfront Townhouse

Idéal, famille, lieu de vacances situé au bord de l'océan et 78th Street dans une section peu fréquentée d'Ocean City. Pas près d'une section de grande hauteur. Quatre ponts en bord de mer. Marchez directement sur la plage depuis le pont inférieur. Quatre places de parking. Deux chambres en bord de mer avec lits king-size. Deux autres chambres: une avec lit queen et lit simple, une avec lit double et simple. Joliment meublé et bien entretenu. Deux planchers de couchage, chacune avec salle de bain complète. Convient parfaitement aux familles élargies ou à deux familles. 1/2 salle de bain hors de la salle à manger, laveuse sécheuse, Internet haute vitesse sans fil et télévision à écran plat dans chaque chambre.
Chaises de plage (4-6) planches de bodyboard et jouets de sable pour enfants disponibles. Gril à gaz.
Nous ne louons pas aux personnes âgées du secondaire pour la semaine de juin, désolé.

Large family trip

Absolutely wonderful place for a large family stay. The location couldn't be any better and the layout of the place allows for everyone to have their own privacy. Would definitely stay again.

Great place and great location

This place was just as advertised . Loved the Weber grill and we cooked out burgers , corn in the cob and fresh fruit from the farmers market. Great access to the beach and it had lots of chairs and boogie boards . Would definitely stay again

Great location

The townhouse has beautiful views and was very clean. The owner was very friendly and communicated with me right away with any questions. It is a great place to stay with family. Close to everything.

The home was perfect for a big family vacation. Being so close to the beach was super convenient with little ones needing to run back and forth frequently. There was plenty of space for everyone and multiple large balconies. Sandy was very helpful and responsive.

Great Vacation

Nothing like sunrise on the ocean... The view from the decks was amazing .. the house was great ... falling asleep to waves crashing on the beach ???? Priceless !!

Midtown townhouse

Great location. Walking distance to several restaurants & bars. Fairly quiet section of town. Townhouse was clean and neat. Just about everything you might need was there. Family had a great time and enjoyed the view and location for the time they were there.

Lovely unit

This oceanfront unit is everything you need for the perfect beach stay. Communication with owner was quick and easy, check in/out as well. Comfortable beds, lots of seating, games, books, etc. Within walking distance to Sunsations...need I say more?

Amazing house

Absolutely beautiful house with an incredible view. We could not have asked for a better place for my family vacation . Will totally be booking this house again in the future. Sandy was so so kind and helpful with every question and need. Couldn’t recommend this house more!

Great Place For Our Family Vacation

This is a very nice townhouse. Everything was clean and everything worked as expected. The host is very nice and was great at communicating with us. The layout of the townhouse allowed us and our adult children to spread out and have our own space while still allowing us to have room to have meals and game time together. It was a wonderful spot for our family vacation.

Great location!

This is a great place to stay in mid town OC. Owner very responsive to all communication. I would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a quiet, family oriented vacation in OC.

Excellent ocean views and so convenient

The house is decorated nicely with lots of beach decor. It is centrally located so it's great for going down to the OC Boardwalk or going up to Fenwick Island and Bethany Beach. The best feature is the 3 decks with the beautiful view of the ocean and the easy access to the beach. So convenient especially for a family. I'd definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Beach House!

If you are looking for a beach house, this is it! Family area away from the boardwalk hotels and high rises. Walk through the dunes and you're at the beach! Have your morning coffee while watching the waves from one of 3 decks facing the ocean. My family and I loved our stay! The house is spacious and has all the necessities. Sandy was a great help in our trip planning and organization. The kids were talking about coming back next year before we were half through our vacation! Thank you Sandy for opening your vacation home to us!

Family Christmas gift

Excellant vacation there with my family! 5 adults & 1 child. We do a vacation as our Christmas gifts to each other! This beach house has wonderful beach access,very clean and spacious! Home like feel, great internet.Will be renting again!! Had a great time here at this home,owners were very gracious and accomodating!

Memorable Vacation

Our family stayed here in 2008 (sorry it took so long to make this note). We still think about how wonderful it was and hope, someday, to return. The home was clean, spacious and inviting. We recommend this place to any vacationer.
