Location was convenient and rooms were spacious. The apartment was not the cleanest, but it was okay. Furniture is outdated. The worst part of the stay though was the smell in the hallway. It smelled like a mixture of hot garbage, animal, and cigarette smoke. It was enough that we bought air freshener and held our breath in the hall and elevator. We ended up taking the stairs because it was that bad even in the elevator. Our kids dreaded going back to the apartment each evening. Communication with host was quick and easy.

Pass on this one

We were very disappointing with the communication we did not receive from the property owner. We contacted him a few times, and responses were very uninformative or not at all we went to the property and immediately were harassed in the parking lot by possible residence. we entered the building, which did not smell good at all, we went into the apartment, and just was not Impressed. it was very old. we wound up turning around and just leaving because we just did not feel safe. We contacted the property owner. He never responded. We contacted Vrbo and they reached out to the property owner and I have yet to hear back from anyone regarding a refund. Pass on this one would be my advice

Scam/Don't waste your money

We did not stay. Walked into building, checked out apartment, and then left. This building is dirty, smells like weed and hot garbage. The window sills have black mold or mildew. The floors had crumbs and pieces of toilet tissue scattered about. The walls vents and outlet box are atrocious and growing so hairy form of lint. Sofa and chair have odor and crumbs everywhere. Also, the entire building looks shady as can be with the door having a place where it was attempted to be pried open. Great photography, because it looks better online than in real life. Everything about this is a scam, there is no way someone stayed here and gave 5 stars. I messaged the owner on the app and at number given and never got a response. We ate the cost of the booking and then ended up in a hotel.

Great host but not nice property

The property looks different once you are there. It is quite outdated. The bathroom was not clean and neither the countertop. It is also quite off everything. You need to Uber for everything

Great location!

Stayed here for my son’s soccer tournament. Everything went as expected. We enjoyed the close proximity to restaurants and the tournament.

Good apartment

Good apartment that was in a convenient location for everything we wanted. Good communication with host. Super easy checkin and no checkout tasks. Not luxurious, but has good furniture and bedding, nice appliances, great AC and water pressure, very clean, and plenty of on-site parking — all for a good price. I’d stay there again.

Location close by to the city

It was very clean and organized when my partner and I stayed. It was super close to both highpoint and downtown Greensboro, which was convenient! The apartment itself is nice, but there were times neighbors played loud music down the hallway, lol! But overall it was a nice spot, and I would definitely go back again when back in the area!
