This was perfect for our girls trip! Communication was always quick and helpful! The property is cute and comfy and very clean except for a few florida bugs that were there. Steps to the beach, a great pool, shuffleboard and a friendly office staff. The beach was not crowded and very clean. We would definately go to this property again!

The condo was as described in the listing. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The property is very well maintained and staff was very friendly. We would definitely return to this unit.

We really enjoyed our stay. Communication was great. A few days before our trip we got additional confirmation, which if you’re an anxious traveler like myself- the extra communication goes a long way to alleviating anxiety. We weren’t there much because of a family wedding but felt comfortable and loved the beach access. Highly recommend.

Great Location

Perfect location, close to everything. Beach and pool are ideal for traveling with kids. Easy checkin, friendly staff on site. Unit had all of the essentials needed for a fun, stress free week.

Fabulous Property

The Sand Cay and condo were amazing. The property was well maintained and comfortable. The staff in the office were so friendly and accommodating. We look forward to visiting Sand Cay, and hopefully this condo, again soon!

The property was good for kids-nice pool, shuffle board and beach access. Condo was well laid out.

I’d recommend this place for kids. Has what you’d be looking for in a vacation spot. Not fancy but well equipped.

Spectacular location and condo was perfect for us

I would recommend anyone interested in a soft, quiet, atmosphere....this is the venue. Many places to visit within 5 miles. You have the beach, the pool, and a more than comfortable domain to kick back and relax.

Beautiful beach getaway

Spent a brief weekend in condo. Very comfortable and everything you need for a longer stay. The beach is beautiful and we had a wonderful time swimming and lounging. Very nice grill area.
