Tara, Thank you for booking our Navy Point Bungalow. Hope you had a chance to stroll around the Bayou Grandee walking paths under the big ole water oaks and enjoy all the beauty Mother Nature has afforded us over the years! I’m sure the Blue Angels flying just above the tree tops keep you on your toes with their daily 1 hour exercises. The runway is just a mile SE of the house and at 500 mph they get there so quick. Hopefully you will be like so many of our guest and return often. We look forward to your next visit. Jeff & Beth Kennedy

Great property and location!

Went for a small stay to visit our son at Pensacola naval air station. The host was great to work with and the location of the property was excellent. would highly recommend this for your stay.

Awesome Getaway

Beach Trip with Family

The house was amazing. The furnishings were comfortable & the accent pieces fit the beach theme perfectly. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. We especially loved basically crossing the street to a paved walking path that stretched past the waterfront. Definitely stay again. Thank you Jeff for sharing your home with us!!

Great home in quiet, park-like setting

We loved being here for 2 weeks - and hope to return next year. Bike paths and Grande Bayou are very close. We loved being able to cook our own meals - kitchen was very well stocked with essential cooking tools as well as a charcoal grill outside.

Navy Point stay

Beautiful home, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. It’s located a block from the boat dock and there’s a nice walking trail. Easy access to the beaches and downtown. There were some issues with the wooden rocker and a couple steps on the front porch from west and weather, but overall a beautiful and comfortable home.

Wonderful Place

We loved this property. It's in a sweet, quiet neighborhood close to Corry Station and a short drive to Perdido Key and Pensacola beaches. It was exactly what we needed. My son is stationed at Corry Station so being close was very important to me. We had a blast and Jeff was so precious! We will definitely stay again!

This was our first time renting a house for vacation. The house was very clean and nicely decorated! Very close to everything that we wanted to do while we were there. Very quiet neighborhood and had its own driveway for more than one car if needed. Jeff who owns the house is very friendly and great to speak with. I would definitely recommend this house and area for anyone wanting to visit Pensacola Beach!

A great little stay

I accompanied my dad to his class of 1957 reunion. He grew up in Navy Point so I knew I wanted to find a place to stay there. The house was very clean and charming. Location was perfect and my dad loved reminiscing about his childhood growing up in NP. I enjoyed my morning walks along the bayou. It was so peaceful and stress free. House had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend!

This place was perfect. The house is clean and you have everything needed for a great stay. Just minutes from NAS, and steps from the boat ramp and fishing. The private fenced back yard was awesome, just hafta keep “Big Al” hydrated. The neighbors are even friendly, and came over and sat in the front yard and talked to us like we were locals. Communication with the owners was excellent. If your looking for a week away, where you can relax with the feel of being at home, this is the place. We’re definitely gonna stay again soon.

Long term stay

House was adorable. Weather not good but not controllable Not sure house was prepared for a long term tenant 62 days. Wasn’t left with anything to keep house clean. Beautiful hardwood floors.

So sorry about the cleaning products. I had everything in the home including a vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, broom, mop, dustpan, ajax ect. Either it was used up or someone decided they wanted to take it home with them. Next tiime I have a long term renter I will for sure ck it all out before they arrive. I have just replaced all the above, a little late but it is all in the home now. Thanks for letting me know. Jeff

Close to Navy base.

Clean and comfortable. Easy check-in. Owner called to welcome is and give code to house. He also called to see how we liked our stay. Will definitely stay there on our next visit to the area.

NAS Pensacola Graduation and Memorial family vacation

If you're looking for a great place to stay near NAS Pensacola this is it. Neat and clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable seating and beds. Fenced yard with seating and grill. Walking trails surrounding the neighborhood. Great experience would definitely stay again.

This property is a beautiful Bungalow on Navy Point in Pensacola. During WWII, the Navy developed and built Navy Point for the service men and women. These homes were built with the finest materials to last for a very long time. The wood used was a very hard pine which is unavailable today, as pine is grown super fast these day and so termites usually go for the softer wood to dine on. All the homes had stucco walls which is extremely hard and you can hardly drive a nail thru them. Oak hardwood floors are in most of the homes. There were about a dozen floor plans and all were built about the same size. One would say they were cookie cutter homes.

Most homes have been updated and are beautifully decorated in a Park setting built along the coast line of Bayou Grande with a walking trail all along the coast line which runs about 3 miles. There is a free boat Launch at the corner of Sunset and Syrcle Drive as well. People from all over Pensacola come to Navy Point to ride bikes , walk , exercise and enjoy the beauty of the great outdoors under the hugh Water Oaks.
