This is the perfect relaxing stay for service members and their families or even those just coming to enjoy Pensacola. Just 8 minutes to downtown Pensacola, and 20 minutes to the beach. A leisurely walk will take you to restaurants, shopping and more. Come enjoy your home away from home and all it has to offer.

This is an awesome place to stay. Close to NAS Pensacola which was our #1 priority. Property was clean and very spacious. Also loved the fenced in yard for more privacy. Will book again!

Close to food and shopping

It’s about a 30 minute drive to Casino Beach. Property was clean plenty of bedding and towels. Appliances were clean. Fenced backyard so great if are bringing pets.

Perfect location for Navy families

This sweet house is charming and the perfect place for naval families coming to visit their loved ones. Literally around the corner from Corry Field. Communication with the owner was excellent. We will definitely stay here again, and my son said he is going to share the location with friends coming to visit him.

Nice Little House

This little house is very nice! Our son is at Corry Station and the location was very convenient! It was a nice home base for our stay in Pensacola. The house was clean and nicely appointed. We especially thought that the bed we slept in was very comfortable! I have to agree with one other review that noted the road noise. It’s something that we noticed, but it wouldn’t stop us from renting this home again!

A Little Gem of a Rental Near the Naval Base

This rental did not disappoint! It was perfectly situated near the naval base, (Corry Station), as well as numerous on-the-go restaurants and a Walmart. The house itself was extremely clean and tidy upon arrival and the kitchen was a dream to cook in. For those visiting Pensacola and needing to be near the Naval bases, this rental is in a perfect little location and in a quiet little neighborhood off of the main drag. I will definitely be back again to visit and wouldn't think twice about renting this a second time.

House was in general a nice one, good for our party of 6, pretty close to quite a few beaches and nice shopping areas.

Cute cottage by base

We were in town to visit our daughter who lives on base near by. This house had everything we needed to feel like home. I had to reach out to Michelle for one thing and was resolved. The only complaint I would have about the property is not the property’s fault and can’t be fixed by the owners/managers. It’s the noise coming off the main road. It sometimes sounds like they are drag racing. After a couple days it became background noise and less noticeable. We were lucky enough to catch the Blue Angels practicing while enjoying the chairs on the front porch. It’s a nice home away from home….we would book this house again for our next stay.

Cute little house for a perfect mini vacation

My son is currently stationed at NAS Pensacola and we drive down once a month ti visit. This place was the perfect pet friendly little vacation home. The neighborhood is an older neighborhood but mostly quiet and within walking distance of the base, and food and grocery. The house is clean and adorable and well maintained and the beds are comfy. Will definitely stay here again given the chance.

Michelle and Jody Bentley combined two of their passions, the love of people and the love of real estate and created Screaming Reel Properties. With their passion for creating beautiful homes and getaways coupled with their love of people and making them happy. They decided to venture into the world of vacation rentals. So they took two tiny one bedroom apartments and opened the doors to their new adventure. Those two tiny apartments quickly grew to what is now 25 houses, apartments, and condo's in Pensacola, and Fort Walton Beach. But the dream did not stop there! They brought in the family. Today's Screaming Reel Properties is now run by the entire family. Brother Cary and his wife Debbie joined the team in 2021 to make it a true family business we also have some of the kids out taking care of things as well. And They will all be looking forward to sharing another Beautiful Day in Paradise with you!
