We provide free traditional cretan breakfast that is delivered in packets every morning from a traditional bakery of the area
The breakfast includes Cretan puff pastries, award-winning Cretan rusks, cookies, handmade traditional caltsouni, pizza, award-winning Cretan jam, award-winning Cretan honey, Cretan gruyere, A quality Cretan cold cuts, fresh fruits and vegetables, milk, juice and tea
During the check in the customer is obliged to pay a 1000€ security deposit and he receives it back during the check out if there are no damages
Parties and all kinds of events are prohibited without the approval of the owners , they are accepted after contacting us and there is an extra charge for each event - 2.500 euro

We undertake weddings - baptisms - receptions - and any kind of event up to 100 people at an extra cost, the price is determined after contacting us depending on the occasion.

Undergone a full internal renovation in 2022, Luxury White House is an impressive 322 m2 property that spreads in 3 levels and can comfortably accommodate 16 guests in its 6 bedrooms and up to 16 if needed. The property is modernly furnished, boasting beautiful artwork throughout the spaces and creates a homely feeling to the traveller and its spacious areas area ideal for big families and groups of friends. Carefully decorated in detail, Luxury White House aspires to offer a unique holiday experience to its guests and to become their home away from home. Additionally, it is just 950m away from the closest beach and 950m away from Stavros beach, worldwide known from the film "Zorbas".

Finally, the convenient location of the Villa makes it a great base for exploration and excursions around the island.


Ground Floor
Entering on the ground floor, guests will meet three of the bedrooms and two of bathrooms of Luxury White House. More specifically, the ground floor includes:
- Living room with 65 HDTV with Netflix, Bluetooth speaker, A/C, seating area with two cosy sofas and access to the veranda.

- Indoor dining table for 6 guests with direct access to the veranda.
- Fully equipped, gourmet kitchen with branded, built-in appliances and island counter.

- Spacious veranda with outdoor dining area for 16 guests and a hanging chair overlooking the garden.

- 1 bedroom with a 1,60 x 2,00 bed, 32 smart TV, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to two private balconies overlooking the playground and pool.

First Floor
Ascending to the first floor guests can find the remaining three bedrooms and two bathrooms of the Villa. In more detail, the first floor includes:
- Second living room with a fireplace, seating area with a sofa, armchairs, coffee tables, 90 HDTV with Netflix and access to the veranda.

- Spacious veranda with outdoor dining area for 6 guests and a hanging chair with beautiful views of the area and the sea in the distance.

- 1 Master bedroom with a 1,80 x 2,00 bed, 32 smart TV, A/C, safe, en-suite bathroom with shower cabin and access to a private balcony overlooking the surrounding area, pool and playground.

- 1 bedroom with two 1,20 x 2,00 beds, 32 smart TV, A/C and access to a private balcony, as well as a shared veranda overlooking the surrounding area and pool.
- 1 bedroom with two set of bunk beds that can accommodate up to 6 guests (in 0,90 x 2,00 beds), preferably kids. The room also offers a 32 smart TV, A/C, wardrobe and access to a private balcony overlooking the surrounding area and playground.

- 1 family bathroom with double sinks and shower cabin.

Roof Terrace
Following the stairs to the roof terrace guests can enjoy panoramic, 360? views of the surrounding area, the sea and sky.

The roof terrace is the perfect spot to unwind and have fun with your loved ones, making the most out of the facilitites, which include:
- Mini golf, football table and ping pong table for endless hours of entertainment.

- 2 seater bathtub with chromotherapy and hydromassage functions, that can also be filled with hot water.

- Ample seating areas with 4 chaise longues, sofas, armchairs, coffee tables and a wooden table with benches.

- Outdoor fire pit, so you can enjoy the roof terrace all day long.


Outdoor area
The exterior of Luxury White House is beautifully landscapes with numerous palm trees and flowers, covering 1.000 m2 and offering many facilities, which include:
- A private, 45 sq.m. swimming pool, 0,5 - 1,5 m deep with step access. A poolside shower with hot water is also available for your comfort.
- A 5 seater hot tub under a pergola.

- The pool area is equipped with several outdoor sitting areas with 2 day beds, 8 sun beds, side tables, sofas, armchairs and umbrellas, allowing you to kick back and relax.

- Charcoal BBQ grill with access to the kitchen, allowing you to practice your cooking skills.

- Playground with swing set, slide, basketball hoop, darts and toys that will keep our young guests busy.

- 5 bicycles are also at the disposal of our guests, so you can axplore the nearby area.

- Dining area for 6 guests.

- Parking space for 4 cars inside the Villa premises.

- A small church also exists within Villa grounds.

- The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security and full privacy to our guests.
