This space is set up to entertain your family when taking a break from the river, lake, desert, or casinos.

The living room
Large open concept room to relax on new comfortable couches. There is a 50 Inch 4K smart TV with lots of channels and streaming options to chose from. The sofa has a queen size pull out bed for your extra house guest.


The King bedroom
A King size bed for your comfort. 42 inch HD Smart TV. A large walk in closet to store your luggage with hangers to organize your clothes. The bathroom is designed for his and hers own sinks and mirrors. An oversized bathtub sits in the center of the bathroom between the large walk in shower and private toilet room.


The Queen bedroom
A Queen size bed and a futon couch/bed for an extra guest. A 32 inch HD Smart TV. Private access to the exterior patio in the back yard.


The Bunk bedroom
Two full size mattresses, with a reading nook by the window. More closet space to hang up your clothes.


The Kitchen
Spacious area for preparing gourmet meals or simply microwaving leftovers. Equipped with all the basic cooking utensils, pots, and pans. Dinning sets for 8. A large coffee cup collection that I personally collected myself, from traveling around the world. A Keruig coffee maker with a variety of K-Cups, Or a regular drip coffee maker with complementary Folgers coffee, creamer, and sweeteners. There are spices and oils for adding some flavor. Dish soap, dish washer pods, and basic cleaning supplies are provided.


Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms, one located in the Master bedroom and the other between the Queen and Bunk bedrooms. Both come supplied with towels, toilet paper, soap, and tissues.

The Office
The office nook is a perfect place to sit down and finish up any work you might need to get done while on vacation. There is a printer with a USB cable and WiFi that works throughout the entire house. Also in the office is where we store our fun board games, drinking games, and family fun games in the cabinet.


The Backyard
Get your favorite camp fire stories ready for the outdoor fire pit just bring some wood. Relax and enjoy the desert scenery. There is plenty of space to store your Boat or RV behind the locked gate on the side/ backyard.

Laundry room
We have a washer and dryer in the house that is free for you to use. Laundry pods and dryer sheets are provided.


The Garage
Everyone enjoys a good game room or man cave. The large garage fits two cars while also leaving space for more fun. We have a competition style dart board straight out of a sports bar that’s free to play. There is also my favorite game, a shuffle board table.

We come to Bullhead 2-3x a year and we will be looking to stay in this rental everytime we come back. Very clean and close to the lake.

Great place to stay in Bullhead City

Great house to stay close that is close to the lake and river. Property manager was very attentive to our questions and needs. Great view of the Laughlin strip at night. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing experience

First time using VRBO and the experience from this home was amazing definitely recommend for anyone who would wish to stay! Clean beautiful home and made my stay feel like I was at home!

Beautiful house

This house was perfect for two couples. There is plenty of room to sit. The a/c was the best we have ever had. We come to lake Mohave several times during the summer and used to stay at a hotel in Laughlin. Ever since the pandemic we have rented houses. The one was one of the best.

Nice house

Spent 4th of July weekend here. It has great access to river and casinos in Laughlin. The house had plenty of space to sleep everybody. House had very limited amenities, no shampoo or body wash, which every other house I’ve stayed at has. House also had very dirty floors, within the first 2 hours of being there all of our feet were black. Also most of the dishes that were put away in the cabinets and drawers were dirty. They had a cool game room in the garage with a swamp cooler, but the swamp cooler had no water line connected so it just blew hot air. Nice big house, but we probably would not stay here again, unless they got a new cleaning crew.

If I you put a gun to my head and made me complain about something it would have been there was no toaster but I’d stay there again toaster or not, it was amazing!

Great property and neighborhood

We just returned from a 7 night stay in this beautiful home. We arrived late, due to a late flight. We were tired as you can imagine. What a great feeling it was when we walked through the door. The space was open and airy. The master bedroom and ensuite were incredible. Were able to relax immediately in the king size bed and had a great nights sleep. It was a welcome and great surprise to have coffee available to us without have to immediately go shopping. Everything was ready and welcoming. The kitchen was fully equipped to make great meals at home. (even though we ate out mostly). After a hot day, the cool house with many cieling fans was a welcome relief. Having access to the garage was great to park the car out of the sun. Having an in house washer and dryer with supplied laundry detergent was wonderful. The entire property was neat and clean. We loved having morning coffee on the front patio that overlooked the lights of the city and mountains behind it. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. When we did reach out to the host, he was attentive and timely in responding. It was obvious that he wanted our stay to be all that we hoped, and it was. We look forward to our next visit to the area, and hope this home will be available again. Thanks for everything Scotty! Best regards, Mike and Julie

Sleepless in Bullhead City

This was our first time renting a short term rental. Property was very clean. It felt like home. The biggest challenge, NO Internet during the entire stay. It meant we couldn’t watch TV, no cable or satellite. And since I worked remote, I had to spend a majority of my vacation at Starbucks to use Internet. FYI, the property only has one tv in the living room. It’s not a smart tv, so you will need to bring your Roku or Amazon device. Unfortunately this wasn’t disclosed in the listing. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay. Owner was reachable when we had issues. It was close to everything. We chose this property primarily close to our friends, who was staying at another short term rental. They had Internet and working tv.

Just Perfect!!

We loved our stay on this property! The Lay out was perfect for our group! I have a son in wheelchair and it was perfect for him to even get around! We all sat around the table and played games! We cooked for the family an they had it all! I will for sure look into this property again! Oh I can’t forget the view from the front yard is AMAZING!!!! We took advantage of that in the evening as well! An it only took us like 5min to get to Catherine’s landing! 💯 Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Home away from Home

Our family loved this home, its by far our favorite. We love how clean it was! The master bed was super comfortable, it was hard getting up and going. We had a great time playing shuffleboard in the large garage. We opened garage door and had a n amazing view of the casinos. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook a yummy steak dinner and cookies in the oven 😋 Loved the white towels, i felt at home! Thank you! Communication was 💯. We hope to return again.

Great neighborhood and nice views!

From the beginning we had quick and friendly communication with the owner and that was very helpful! First off the home is up on a hill in the better part of Bullhead. After staying in Bullhead several times this place was in a pretty nice part of town and I felt safer. It was surrounded by much nicer larger homes some probably weekend homes, so the people are better. The night views on the front porch with the rocking chair overlooking the river and Laughlin were the best! Inside the floors and carpet were all new, the paint seemed fresh and all the beds and bedding were new from what I could tell. It had all the essentials and was simple and clean. The garage was nice and open and code fit my F250 parked slightly sideways. It would fit RZR’s and smaller toys if you had a weekend trip. The side gate could easily fit a boat or RV. Overall a nice place and the kids enjoyed the bunk bed!
