Absolutely wonderful beautiful home next to downtown with perfect things to do and places to eat at amazing location spot. Definitely recommend if you’re trying to have a nice relax chill fun time they accommodated for everything that was needed hugely recommend coming and staying.

Amazing stay!

We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and it was great location do to walking distance to many things and right across the street where a blue grass band played and we could listen to while enjoying our dinner soaking in the hot tub.

Amazing Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent. It is just one block from the main downtown area. The back patio was very nice. We enjoyed the hot tub, and playing games on the patio table.

Great location in fruita

Location was great, outdoor space lovely, although the hot tub wasn't working. This was a big reason we chose this vrbo

Hot Tub Near Pizza

Right on the main drag, but with a secluded backyard. Great amenities and the hot tub was exactly what we needed after long days playing outside.

Host was great, hot tub was cold when we arrived and required maintenance to come out. We did opt out of that, but overall a wonderful little place to stay.

Excellent Place to Rest Near Downtown Fruita

Loved the hot tub! Private, relaxing, quiet and lots of room to enjoy some down time. Definitely recommend for summer or winter retreat. Close to restaurants and fun things to see and do. Highly recommend.

Great Fruita Getaway

We loved the proximity to the freeway, amenities and downtown area. Rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the extra linen was a plus. The oversized kitchen and backyard seating, grill, fire pit and hot tub definitely sold us on the property.

Perfect Stay! Will be our first trip for every trip back!

We could not have been happier! The house was great, the hosts were amazing, and the location so close to downtown was perfect! We visit Grand Junction often to see family and this will from now on be our first choice rental. We could not have asked for more!

Fruita for the first time

Great place to stay! Clean, comfortable and great air conditioning. Bonus for us was the garage to keep our mt. bikes in. Got in some great mt. bike rides (18 Road and Kokopelli Trail Sustem) drove through Colorado Nat’l Monument Park (beautiful!) and explored Fruita and Grand Juntion. Thanks for a great stay.

Everything you could need.

We enjoyed sauna every morning and evening. Only had chance to enjoy gas firepit one night. Loved walking around neighborhood and downtown every morning.

We’ll be back

This house was a great home base for our adventures in the area. We appreciated the great downtown location, the private backyard for hanging out and safe storage for our mountain bikes, and small touches like the box fan and dog amenities. We did feel the sheets could have been softer and the toilet paper was way too cheap and thin - ended up buying our own for the stay.

Review

Great location, right down the street from the main strip in Fruita. Both bedrooms were comfortable, with comfy beds. The 3rd and 4th beds are in the living room and aren't great. Would definitely stay here again, only odd thing worth mentioning is that there isn't a gate to get into the back, so mountain bike storage is a little tough. We ended up carrying ours through the house.

Comfy, clean, and convenient

Comfortable home base for a week of biking. Right downtown—we enjoyed watching the trick or treaters and being a short walk to restaurants and businesses. The home has been nicely renovated inside. We were pleased with the well-stocked kitchen, the comfy king bed, and the relaxing courtyard with hot tub and fire pit. We also appreciated the care taken with cleaning. Responsive management and gracious welcome items. They even provided Halloween candy to give out. I’d recommend the home for two adults or a family with small children. Our one wish would have been a coffee table and perhaps a chair or two in the living room to cozy it up.
