Rénové en 2016 - 2 blocs de centre-ville - meilleure cour à Fruita

Confortable, pratique hébergement dans un quartier trÚs sûr (adjacent à l'école secondaire Fruita). Cour arriÚre est entiÚrement clos avec une clÎture de protection et fermé.

Nous avons achetĂ© la maison en 2014 et avons terminĂ© sa mise en place pour notre propre usage pour des excursions Ă  vĂ©lo / ski dans les zones autour de Fruita. Les lits sont deux reines trĂšs confortables avec matelas en mousse Ă  mĂ©moire - grande nuit de sommeil et un lit double de taille en dehors de couchage plate-forme de tente, agrĂ©able en Ă©tĂ©. Il ya une tĂ©lĂ©vision grand Ă©cran dans le salon. Lave-linge / sĂšche-linge, lave-vaisselle et grand rĂ©frigĂ©rateur / poĂȘle dans la cuisine avec tous les plats d'autres, des pots et des casseroles et des ustensiles nĂ©cessaires Ă  la prĂ©paration de grands repas sur votre propre. La terrasse extĂ©rieure a une nouvelle grille de 5 brĂ»leurs, d'un bar, table de mixage, et est un lieu de rencontre confortable. Nouvelle salle de bain, tapis, placards, entrĂ©e de tuiles, et d'autres amĂ©liorations ont Ă©tĂ© aussi bien fini.

Les chiens sont les bienvenus. Le garage est un espace sĂ©curisĂ© propre avec une porte de chien - assez isolĂ© pour ĂȘtre un bon endroit pour les chiens pour se dĂ©tendre pendant que vous ĂȘtes sur un sentier. La cour arriĂšre est assez grande et agrĂ©able.

Fruita a maintenant un certain nombre de trÚs bons, restaurants à proximité. Nous gardons un pot de sirop d'érable du Vermont à utiliser à Camilla avec petit déjeuner. Le Hot Tomato Pizza / brasserie artisanale, Tap Room, Suds, le parc d'engraissement, et d'autres bons restaurants sont à une courte distance de marche.

Compte tenu de la taille confortable de cette maison, deux chambres Ă  coucher, salon, cuisine et une, de bonne taille salle de bain avec une bonne pression d'eau et une grande douche, le nouveau chauffe-eau Rinnai rĂ©chauffe en environ cinq minutes Ă  plat. Pendant temps chaud, le refroidisseur par Ă©vaporation fait la mĂȘme chose. Les deux sont simples Ă  activer / dĂ©sactiver.

This place was great!

We spent a wonderful 4 day anniversary weekend here. It was quiet, very clean & comfortable. It had everything we needed. The back yard was really great for having our dog with us, and just a couple blk walk to downtown. We will stay here again

Perfect Fruita Base Camp!

The house had everything we needed, the laundry/dog room was great, the back patio was perfect for relaxing after biking. The house is walkable to downtown Fruita, close to restaurants and breweries. Quiet neighborhood. Exactly as advertised - will definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect! Wonderful large back yard, with an outside shower that we wished we would have tried out. We didn’t bring our Golden doodle, but if we had, it’s a very clean but pet friendly home which is nice. Nice to be able to do most our laundry before going home in their large laundry room. Kitchen was perfectly stocked with cooking necessities for cooking in order to save money doing out door fun! The home was perfect in every way and our family would for sure rent this place again if we are ever heading to Fruit Colorado again in the future. One thing very important to us is that the owner was very nice and quick in responding to our messages when needed.

Great Place

We were there for Country Jam and this was a well deserved break from hotels, which we have stayed in for so many years while attending Country Jam. Great Communication with the owner. Easy Booking and place was as advertised. Great location and nice relaxing back yard.

Great for small group with dogs!

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful kitchen and shower. The dog room was awesome for feeding and allowing the dogs to have their own space. The wood fence in the back yard was great? Very tall and sturdy so no worries about dogs escaping, and the back patio with lights was very nice. Will consider staying again if in Fruita again. Thanks for a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Good location, close to town and quite neighborhood. Just a suggestion, be sure to check the propane it was almost empty when we used it...otherwise, wonderful backyard and nice and clean. And, great tv too! oh, the beds were super comfy!

Fantastic getaway

Great location! Easy walking distance to downtown Fruita. The house had everything we needed for a week long stay. Loved that each bedroom had its own air conditioning unit, which we needed because it was Hot Hot Hot. Check in was easy, communication was on point.

Jessica and Cam live on a farm north of Boulder, Colorado, and come to Fruita as often as possible to paddleboard, ride mountain bikes, enjoy some great craft beer, stromboli, and Mexican food. Cam has been roaming about the Moab area, running, hiking, biking since 1980, and Fruita feels much like Moab did back then, only with better trails and a significantly shorter drive. We love the small town feel, the ability to park right in front of whatever restaurant you want to go to and just walk in. The globe willows, Colorado National Monument, Grand Mesa, and the rivers are all easily accessible, and enormous. We will be coming to Fruita for a long time.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Within a very short walk of down town, right next to the Elementary School, on a quiet side street. The back yard is huge and we plan on steadily improving the 'hang out' factor.

New, comfortable beds. Clean and secure garage for storing and working on biking and rafting gear. Pets welcome.
